Highlights of the trip with Fun Over 50 were the flights to the Painted Hills, over Lake Eyre and the Flinders Ranges. It was great to view such a large expanse of water in Lake Eyre - even spotted a lone camel plodding across the sand in one place. The expanse of the Flinders Ranges can best be viewed from the air. The visit to the underground mine at Coober Pedy was interesting.
An unexpected bonus was the visit to the Jeff Morgan gallery at the small town of Hawker - fantastic paintings and outstanding collections.
A thoroughly enjoyable trip - I can recommend Fun Over 50 as a travel company, with almost everything included in the cost, so passengers can enjoy the experience.

Finally got to see Lake Eyre from the air, one for the bucket list, but so many other places to see along the way. Beautiful Wilpena Pound, the amazing underground bakery at Farina and the iconic opal town of Coober Pedy and lots more as well. Tom Noonan of Lake Eyre Tours is a local of the Flinders Ranges and is s mine of information. He goes out of his way to accommodate any requests.

Can’t speak highly enough of this experience. If you want to see the true outback, you can’t go wrong, travelling with Tom Noonan. His local knowledge is never ending and he goes out of his way to make sure you having the best experience. This tour went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, Tom.

What a great trip, from start to finish. Beautiful scenery, Flight fantastic. Great company. Tom, our guide was so good. I would have liked the option to stay in underground accommodation in Coober Pedy, but hey, everything else has been great. A must do trip.

Was an absolutely jam packed experience, Tom was an abundance of knowledge., very welcoming. It felt like a very personalised tour. Beautiful locations, stop at places we would have never known about. Accommodation and meals were wonderful.

I had the absolute pleasure of joining Tom and 8 other adventurers for the 4 Day trip to Lake Eyre in July. What an experience! Tom has a passion for this part of the country and it makes for an unforgettable experience. His 'surprises' are amazing and this is a trip where you get a lot more than you expected. We did the 4 Day Lake Eyre Tour with Tom and found him very knowledgeable and enjoyed listening to his experiences in the outback. It was a pleasure travelling with Tom and the lovely group of 5 other travellers. We would highly recommend any of Tom's tours.

Just returned from Tom Noonan's 4 day Lake Eyre tour.
What a fabulous experience to see the many colours of the land, the constant changing terraine of the country, the never ending 'surprises' Tom had in store for his charges, kept us all in awe.
We traveled as a small group, 9 people making it a friendly, personel tour.
Tom made everyone feel very comfortable with his easy going manner.
Flying over Lake Eyre, seeing Flinders Rangers and Wilpena Pound were an amazing experience the vastness was unbelievable as was the age of the land.
Thanks Tom for your time and your knowledge. 👏👏

We were very fortunate to experience a wonderful 4 day Lake Eyre tour with Tom Noonan. Tom's relaxed and friendly manner quickly set the tone for the 4 days. His local knowledge and passion for the area greatly enhanced our enjoyment of the tour. Tom worked hard to provide us with a range of interesting experiences. We meet some colourful characters, visited places of historical interest, saw amazing landscapes and spotted unexpected wildlife! Our flight over Lake Eyre was spectacular!!

We done the four day tour, we had the best time from the time Tom picked us up till the time we finished our tour. We had so many laughs with Tom and he was so informative with his information. Everything was well planned, everyone got on so well. Accommodation and meals were great. We would highly recommend anyone to do this tour. Lake Eyre fight was amazing, so come on people, book it in.
