The kids got bored after about 20 mins and we were stuck in there for an hour trying to turn tiny number padlocks in a very dimly lit room.
We’ve been to other escape rooms and this was by far the worst. In others you have to use your imagination and creativity in solving a variety of puzzles. This felt like ridiculous puzzles to open the massive amount of padlocks.
Total waste of $147 for a family of 5.

Hey there,
"This was by far the worst"? Obviously, this is disappointing to read.
We aren't sure what's gone wrong but are you sure you visited our escape rooms on Pulteney ST?
Any room of our room have dimly lit spaces (on purpose or thematically), we always supply a torch to assist you.
We also know our rooms are full of creative puzzle solving techniques, and a lot of reviews state we have puzzles that even the most seasoned escape room players have never seen before.
I know our staff are the friendliest going, so if there was any issue, they would absolutely have stepped in to help.
If these issues did occur here, you can always reach out to us.
With our position stated, were not going to take this one personally.

First time doing an escape room but a whole lot of fun. Our group did the Bermuda Triangle one and it was dome good fun just a little challenging. Staff member was very friendly and helpful!

My son chose to do this for his birthday, and we were not disappointed!! As visitors to Adelaide, we appreciate you operating on a regular weekday morning. We had not done an escape room before, so he scoured the internet and chose the Bermuda Escape because the theme appealed to him. We thoroughly enjoyed it and the amazing staff helped to make it both exciting and enjoyable :) We all highly recommend this place, thanks for having us!

Went today with my husband and 14 year old daughter and had a blast. We completed Bermuda room, puzzles were challenging but not too hard.
If you're an experienced escape room fan i would either Gypsy manor or Mission Metropol for a more challenging experience.
Overall though great rooms and girl on desk was absolutely lovely and very helpful.

Good staff and good fun. Staff members Sarah and Angelo were great and a good challenge in the rooms. Even if it was challenging it was still enjoyable.

We had a great family time at the Mindshift escape rooms. They were super accommodating when we arrived and realised one in our party had already done the room we had booked and switched us to another room.
Angelo was a fantastic guide - giving us just the right amount of support and clues to keep us going and motivated. We had a great time and would highly recommend it to others.

We did the Bigfoot escape room for our first time, we had no idea what to expect and we weren’t ready for all the different puzzles that led to a padlock, very good fun and would recommend, Travis was our host and he was awesome at helping but also letting us figure it out, would definitely recommend to not go straight to Bigfoot if it’s your first time, we got out with a minute to breath.

We had a great time at the Mindshift Escape rooms, so much so that we came back to do a different room the next day!!
The staff were fantastic, it was fun from the minute we walked in, till the minute we had to leave! (both days!) ```Thank you!````
The rooms were tricky and the hour went by so fast! ...But its awesome!
