Had an amazing experience! The physical activity was fantastic, with a well-designed course that offered challenging but manageable obstacles. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout the entire experience. Next time, I would definitely wear long pants, as the ropes can cause some friction on the legs, but it’s not too bad.

Tree climb was an absolute blast! My two teenage sons absolutely loved it! It was the perfect amount of challenge and enjoyment for them. At one point one of my sons got a little scared, but Charlie B was there to help and calm him down.

Amazing afternoon! Well run and really good course and great spot to have something to eat afterwards. The ropes course itself is fantastic, but the instructors made it even better - they do a great job balancing fun and safety, and they are so encouraging to everyone. One of our children has special needs but was so keen to have a go, and all of the instructors went above and beyond to encourage him, and ensure that he was accommodated and able to have a go. Had such a good time we ended up booking your other location the next day (also fantastic!).

TreeClimb is an excellent fun and adventurous option for children’s birthday parties. My 6yo son and his group of 5-7yo friends thoroughly enjoyed themselves working their way through the Kids Course several times during the 1 hour and 20 minute session (closed toe shoes are a must and long pants are definitely recommended). And when required, the super friendly TreeClimb crew were there along the course to provide encouragement and lend a helping hand.

I was impressed by the Kids Course safety induction video, which was pitched perfectly for younger (and older) children, and also by the professionalism of the TreeClimb crew.

TreeClimb has a small cafe with a good range of coffee, cold drinks, ice creams and snacks. They don’t offer party catering, but are happy for parties to BYO food, drink and cake. We also came prepared with an esky and ice as they are unable to refrigerate any BYO food/cake (it’s all clearly outlined in their comprehensive and informative website FAQs and T&Cs).

There are a few large outdoor tables and seating shaded by umbrellas, but these fill up very quickly. We were lucky to snag one for our party (we did have a relatively early morning session) and I would definitely bring my own picnic rugs or trestle tables as a back-up plan if holding a party later in the day. It’s a lovely area of the parklands and it’s tempting to linger for an extended picnic at the end of a climbing session.

I also recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes before the start of the session to provide enough time to find a park. Parking is available along Greenhill Road and Unley Road, but the spots closest to TreeClimb are often full.

This is the second birthday party we’ve held at TreeClimb and we will definitely be back for more.

They really need someone to help pull in a person that swings back out from the zip line! Lost 15min of time for the whole group as first person got stuck at zip line level 1 and couldn’t pull themselves back in. If a group leader went with each group they could have a pull in line making it run much smoother. They do not offer Additional time for someone being stuck for 15 mins it just unfair to
The rest of the people in that time slot. Besides for this it is a lot of fun. Just be aware that if your stuck waiting no responsibility is on them to reimburse your time and your only allotted 2 hrs.

Hi Ashley, we are so glad you had fun and enjoyed your climb. Sometimes when climbers jump off the zipline instead of sitting down in their harnesses it effects how far they travel and they fall short of the zipline platform. When this happens they can usually pull themselves to the platform with the ropes or a Crew member will go out and help them pull themselves in. This particular climber did not have the strength to pull themselves in so our rescue Crew had to go up the fishermans trap, onto the course and help bring them back. This usually only takes about 5 minutes and rarely happens. In the event of these anomalies, we always appreciate the patience and understanding of fellow climbers and we understand that must have been frustrating for you. We are so sorry if you were put out in any way. We hope you have a Merry Christmas and a safe and happy 2022. Sincerely, the TreeClimb Crew

Our second visit with another two grandchildren 7 and 9. Our first on the ‘kids course’. After their briefing and into their safety harnesses they were off. They didn’t stop until their time was up. It was great to watch them climb, guide harness connectors onto each new section and then move across the platforms. Initially they were a little hesitant but after gaining confidence they moved up,down, across, repeat. It was great to not only watch them but to see the joy and excitement on the faces of all the children. To see them outdoors, enjoying physical activities that were challenging and fun. To see kids take some risks and problem solve. I saw kids helping other kids, staff gently encouraging and supporting nervous climbers and saw lots of happy faces. Great staff - enthusiastic and patient. A fabulous, healthy activity.

I took my five year old daughter here because she had been begging me for ages to go. Once we got there she suddenly became terrified, shaking and scared. The staff were AMAZING. They kindly and gently encouraged her, helping her every step of the way and holding her hand the whole time. They cheered her on when she was brave enough to do the course, we heard them cheering her from all over the park, and their consistent kindness and extraordinary attention and encouragement made my daughter’s day. I hear her proudly telling her grandma later that she did it and she was so proud of herself, and that people were cheering her name everywhere! So even though she was scared at first she ended up having a wonderful time and is now begging me to go back! We will be back ASAP, the whole experience was fantastic. I want to do the adult course now, I’ll have to go on a school day...! 😝

Go for it. It’s an experience unlike any other and everyone is incredibly helpful and kind. Such an awesome day and great value for money.

We are SO happy that the Crew were able to turn a scary situation around and ensure that your daughter had a fun, safe and confidence building climb. It genuinely makes their day when we get this kind of result, with the little ones especially. Our Crew are all so happy to be here and really love their jobs and we are so glad that it shows. Tell your daughter we are super proud of her. We will look forward to seeing you in the trees soon and will be waiting to make sure you have just as much fun. Have a wonderful day and we hope to see you soon. Sincerely, the TreeClimb Crew

We took our grandchildren to the City tree climb last school holidays and to the Kuitpo Forest one yesterday. They already want to visit both sites again! They said the zip lines were longer in the City but the Kuitpo experience was more challenging. The setting for both tree climbs is superb - you are surrounded by massive trees while drinking your coffee.
