Martin provided us with the best service you could wish for, setting up the bike to our specifications, delivering and collecting from our accommodation and expedient roadside assistance when things when wrong, ensuring we didn’t miss a second of the stunning experience we had paid for. Thank you Martin for all your help and assistance making it an absolute pleasure to ride the Adelaide hills. Two days riding, 90 and 70 miles covered and over 12000ft of ascent including Mount Lofty and The Corkscrew achieved. Very happy but sore.

Martin provides excellent bikes with excellent service. It is an absolute pleasure to ride a good bike and this is often hard to do when away from home. At Adelaide Bike Hire, however, everything was great. I hired a BMC carbon road bike in brand new condition, delivered to our door, picked up upon our return two days later, and supplied with all needed accessories. My friends and family hired like-new high quality hybrids and one hired a similar condition e-bike. You can not do better than this if you want a bike that you deserve to ride. We were really happy with our experience with Adelaide Bike hire ! The gravel bikes we rented were top notch and their service was outstanding. With time zone confusion I messed up on dates we needed the bikes in my reservation - luckily Martin was able to accommodate our revised dates and he had the bikes to our hotel within about an hour my call, complete with great suggestions for riding routes. No hesitation in recommending.

Could not have asked for more. Martin provided friendly service and prompt communication, he accommodated my needs and, if I needed it, would have provided the gear you need to ride, including pedals, bike computer and helmet. Also the bike was well maintained and of a high standard from group set perspective. Martin also knows where to ride and is more than happy to provide guidance on Adelaide's bike routes. I appreciated the floor pump being provided, made a life easier over the two week period. I will be a repeat customer.

Wow, what an excellent service provided by Martin, from arranging the bike hire to actually receiving the bikes at our hotel the communication provided by Martin throughout was excellent. We hired Merida bikes as we wanted to have a nice chilled out experience riding round Adelaide as keen cyclists we thought hiring the BMC bikes may have led us to riding more competitively and so miss out on actually seeing the sights of this beautiful city and surrounding areas. The bikes proved to be just what we wanted and obviously you could tell they were well maintained as they ran perfectly throughout our 3 days of the hire. Even though we had planned our routes Martin was able to give us excellent pointers of where we might want to stop or visit on our routes. We rode 2 routes in the hills and one coastal route. The only point I would say where we messed up was doing Willunga Hill in +30c heat it was probably a tad to hot as it is a longish ride from Adelaide, so I would suggest just keep an eye on the weather. One thing is for certain we will be back and hiring bikes from Martin.

Martin's service at Adelaide Bike Hire is superb! He delivers on all promises, the bikes are great quality, and he's really helpful about where to ride - providing maps, good local knowledge, appropriate recommendations for ability, etc. Hiring one of the flatbar bikes - luckily still available at short notice - really enhanced the TDU experience for me. We ordered 2 x BMC road bikes from Martin for 3 days while we stayed with relatives in Port Willunga. Ordering was straightforward and Martin delivered the bikes the day before the hire was due to start and no additional cost, allowing us to go a two hour ride to recce routes get accustomed to the bikes. Having taken our bike measurements during the ordering process, they were perfectly set-up, with a pump, toolkit and spare tube included. The helmets were quality Giro road models. Martin provided two maps, the first of the greater Adelaide area and a more detailed map of the Adelaide Hills. He also gave us advice about local roads and access to recommended routes. Overall, the service Martin provided was excellent with very high quality bikes and we will definitely use him again when we are in Adelaide. Highly recommend.

This was a fab way of riding in Adelaide. I didn't have a tow bar/roof racks so couldn't bring my own road bike. I hired a BMC with shimano pedals for two days and rode Mount Lofty one day and along the coast the next day. Martin dropped the bike off at my Airbnb and collected it. He was friendly, chatty, a great communicator by text and email and also gave me maps of where to ride.
