Ferry was clean with a fair weather crossing. Good views from ferry viewing decks of sea, Kangaroo Is & Cape Jarvis upon return. Interesting to watch the boarding/disembarking of vehicles to/from Ferry at either Terminal.

This tour takes 16 hours...so you need to be prepared for a long day...but it includes a good lunch as part of the cost. Rick, our driver/guide was concise and helpful in explaining which parts were suitable for disabled passengers. The tour picks you up at your hotel and it is a 2 hr journhey from central Adelaide to the... More

I am a local, born and raised in Adelaide and I have never had the opportunity to visit Kangaroo Island! The day tour started at 6.30am with a bus trip to Cape Jervis where we boarded to the 9.00am ferry to Penneshaw! The ferry was a bit rocky, so if you are prone to getting sea sickness I would recommend... More

Yes. its a ferry, and I guess ferries are the same all over the world. they take you to your destination with the minimum of fuss. This one is no exception, its clean, efficient and well crewed.

We booked the fly/fly day tour from Adelaide, paying a premium to do so in the expectation that this would be a special trip with a small number of people, and maximising our time on the island. The day started well with a limousine pick up to the airport, and then went down hill from there. We waited around in... More

My main reason for going to Adelaide was Kangaroo Island and it didn't disappoint! Even though the tour was quite long (16 hours), the views and animals were well worth it. We got up close and personal with the Sealions on the beach, koalas and kangaroos at the Flinders Chase National Park and fur seals along the Admiral's Arch. If... More
