What an amazing tour! Three days of exploring the most beautiful parts of K'Gari with a fun group and very experienced tour guide Jonesy. Everything was taken care of so all we had to do was enjoy K'Gari.

Amazing trip with amazing people. The driving is very fun and the island is paradise.

Would recommend this trip to anyone! An amazing way to see K’gari and the tour leaders are great too. The campsite even had toilets and showers unlike other tours ! Would do it again for sure!

Just came back from the 3 day 2 night tour and it was so good. Dan made us all feel like confident drivers and coached us through safely.
He was so warm and funny and gave lots of great information about the island and its history.
Would recommend this trip and excited to visit the island again!

We have just returned from a 2 day - 1 night trip to Fraser Island.
We arrived on Fraser Island expectant and excited as we had only read good reviews about the trip. Unfortunately, this was not fulfilled to any degree.
Firstly, we spent half of the first day in transportation, with minimal time at Lake McKenzie. When we arrived at the camp, we were surprised. We had to sleep in a tent with no ground sheet or pillow - just a sleeping bag, which is not acceptable when you pay 500 aud for the trip.
Secondly, the voucher said that food was included in the price, which we assumed was made for you. However, we also had to do this ourselves. We had bad wraps for dinner - and for the evening meal we had to cook our own steaks. Breakfast the next day was also on our own. In addition, there was always uncertainty among everyone about what to do next, as our guide never really informed us about anything. Even when we asked when we had to get up, he had no answer. Furthermore, the 4WD cars you drove in were completely packed, as you had to be 8 people in each car. Not very comfortable when you spend so many hours in the car for transportation.
This leads to our question: what is our paid 500 aud being used for? We didn't get any service or acceptable sleeping conditions. Several of the guests we spoke to on the trip also expressed their dissatisfaction and couldn't understand how the trip could be so expensive with such scandalous conditions. We would never recommend this trip to anyone else and we are also passing this information on to our travel agent so that she no longer recommends it. We hope you take this criticism seriously and will improve the conditions and service for your future guests.

This was such an amazing tour!!
I had low expectations as I had heard from a few people about the no pillow and uncomfy sleep situation, which made me think the company wouldn’t be that great overall. I was wrong and had the best time ever. Beaver our tour guide was one of the best people I’ve ever met, so positive without being cringey and so knowledgeable about the island but also chill and laid back. We had such a fun time exploring all the lakes and he was very reassuring when people felt bad for getting stuck in the sand.
I don’t see why they can’t provide pillows and swap out the pillow cases to wash along with the sleeping bags that are already done, but this didn’t ruin my experience and would recommend to anyone.

Tour is overpriced in my opinion. It is good fun and the island is beautiful but for spending this amount of money you would expect much better. You have to prepare you own meals (there is barely enough food), sleep on the ground (no mattress or pillow provided), make sure you get your driving time (changing of drivers is not arranged by the supervisors), in the morning they showed up 30min late. On top of that we already returned to Rainbow Beach before 2pm whereas they advertise between 3:30 and 4:30.

Dingo, Dingo, Dingo! Amazing trip and worth it every penny. The island has so much to offer. In combination with the amazing guides Gus, Jethrow and the friendliest of camp owners Harps, it made for one hell of a trip!
I‘d highly recommend this trip to everyone 18-35, wanting to explore this amazing island while enjoying some much earned drinks in good company in the evenings.

All the money was worth it for just the first day already. Loved it. Awesome Crew, nice vibes and positive energy. Especially the guides Gus, Jethrow and Jabba were amazing. We also got the pleasure of meeting the camps owner and aborigine Harps.
All in all 5 stars and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

We recently went on the 2 day (1 night) tour and it was incredible! Jabber was our tour guide, he was great at explaining the history behind the island. All of the drivers had time to drive the 4x4. The camp site was clean and the food was great. A must do for those on the east coast!
