We were having lunch in one of Lake Mackenzie’s picnic areas. A staff member from this tour company offered us a can of coke each, gave us a good laugh and even took our rubbish we had been carrying around in a bag. We had hiked to Lake Mackenzie the day before and camped overnight. Then the weather got rainy so we were walking around in our rain jackets, packing up to head home. We really appreciated the generosity. Experiences like these make me grateful for the world. Thanks again mate!

Jamie, our guide, was nice and very knowledgeable. He expertly drove us in a "monster bus" along the mile-long beach in highway speed, through the rainforest where we parked and took a walk through rainforest. Then on to the beautiful Lake Mckenzie, where we bathed and relaxed and ate a simple but good lunch. A long but wonderful day. We highly recommend this tour.

This was such a great day! Our driver, Jamie, was friendly, a very experienced driver, and fun! He went out of the way to make sure we had a good time. He had a lot of experience with the Island too which made me feel like we were in good hands.

Terrible company. Me and some friends hired them by the end of last year and we needed to cancel due to covid. It's been more then 3 months ant till now and we haven't get our refund which they told us they would do it. Now they simply disappeared, don't answer the phone oy reply our. e-mails. Do not buy any tour with this company, they have no commitment to their customers

I would like to politely ask if you wouldn't mind removing the 4 reviews from Trip Advisor that you and your group have put up - those comments are extremely damaging for a small business and although we have had delays with refund timeframes, it was never our intention to cause any upset or stress - your money was always going to be refunded, however we have just unfortunately had a lot of refunds to process due to the ongoing pandemic and floods in the area.

Good guide and nice tour, expect that the bus was too hot (the air condition did not work) and therefore the tour was not very comfortable. If you dont like having it hot for many hours in a bus, I think you should stay away.

Hi, thanks for joining us and leaving your feedback. We're sorry you experienced a day in which we were having difficulty with our air conditioning system, it's certainly not the way we usually send our tours and can appreciate how uncomfortable you must have felt on the bus in these conditions. Working with vehicles daily, there are times mechanical issues pop up despite regular servicing and maintenance. In this instance, we were unable to repair the issue prior to the tour but hope you can appreciate that you were still able to visit Fraser Island rather than be cancelled. We're glad you enjoyed the tour itself though and wish you happy onward travels. - Shaz

The itinerary is a bit rough as rhere is a bit of drive from and to Noosa but totally worth it! You get to see and explore so many things in a day. We enjoyed Jacob's knowledgeable commentary ans good humour throughout the day. As highlights we would raise the rainforest walk in addition to obvious swim in lake McKenzie wherein we also had nice lunch. On top of that we enjoyed the scenic drives through the beaches wherein we even saw a dingo!
Fantastic, unforgettable day, and everyone coming to Noosa or otherwise to vicinity of Fraser Island should include this to their itinerary.

A wonderful day trip to Fraser Island. Our guide Jamie was super! So knowledgeable as well as passionate about the place. The trip went at a nice pace. Loved the walk through the rain forest and especially the dip in McKenzie lake. A lovely morning cake and coffee on the beach and lunch was a lovely chicken roll straight after our swim. A must do if your in Noosa for a few days!

Our tour guide Dave was very knowledgeable giving us an appreciation of the diversity of the island. Driving through the rain forest then along the beach was a great experience.
Unexpected scenic flight above the island was a highlight! Then a dip in Lake MacKenzie made the day even better.
Highly recommended for a fantastic day out!

Bad company, I bought a tour with a group of friends and we need to cancel because of covid last end of year, we canceled on time and until today we have not had our refund. Do not buy any tour with this company, they have no commitment to their customers

Bad company, I hired their service at the end of last year with the free cancellation conditions up to 48 hours before the scheduled day. I canceled the service more than 48 hours before the scheduled day, but I haven't received my refund until today. I contacted the company and they don’t answer me
