We have a huge inflatable waterpark, slip n slide, Barramundi fishing, stand up paddle boards, banana boat rides, and two inline cable skis for wakeboarders. Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We celebrated my son's birthday here with family and a few friends. Such a great set up. Excellent water facilities and we all loved the fishing too. Appreciated that you could take your own snacks but there were good lunch options available at the park. Glad we went the all day pass. Kids were entertained for hours and 2 hours would not have been enough. Friendly staff and I thought the entry fees were a good price.
Plenty of shelter to relax in the shade.

Quite a lot of the inflatables were very flat and not easy to climb on. The paddle boards were water logged and wouldn't stay afloat with an adults weight on them.
All in all it was a bit of an underwhelming experience. The place needs a bit of money spent on it and a bit of a fix up.

Great fun. Lots of exciting options or just hang in the water. Hills in the distance. Great staff. Kiosk.

Needs a huge cash injection, bulkies stacked everywhere. Looks like a tip. Not many picnic tables around. Half the equipment is not useable or serviceable. Needs a good cleanup

Firstly everyone had fun..............BUT don't be fooled by the website photo's. We visited today for two reasons, we had family visiting and as they love all things water we thought they'd enjoy it and more importantly we heard the business was for sale and thought we would visit without a real estate agent to see what it was about.
The park is very run down and unkept, the staff (for want of a better word ) are more interested in hanging with their mates and enjoying the equipment than providing any sort of customer service or supervision.
The 'cafe' is a debacle with staff working in bare feet, picking up food with bare hands and quite frankly their attitudes were appalling.
The equipment can't even be described as tired.......it's in a state of disrepair. The slide is actually dangerous with a middle inflatable section damaged allowing sliders to cross lanes crashing into others, again supervising staff were too busy sliding with their friends.
The jumping pillow has clearly not held air for some time, the paddle boards have no grip pads, the cable skiing is ok for banana boat rides but ordinary for wakeboarding.
The grass is far too long, the water edges are scummy and all in all for the quality of everything the entry fee is excessive.

A great day out for all the family. You can spend an hour or a whole day!! So much to do for all age groups. Inflatable course, banana ride, paddle boarding and large slip n slides. We stayed from 10am-4pm and had a ball!!
Have a bbq, bring your own food or purchase food there.
Great facilities, lots of tables and chairs under cover.
The best way to cool off in the hot Townsville weather.
And you are guaranteed to catch a barramundi, with rods and bait supplied, so much fun!
Highly recommended, a must do when you visit Townsville!!

Awesome as always. So much for the kids to do. They were non-stop from 10am-4pm (had to be told to get off the inflatables at the end of the day lol). Love that we can bring our own snacks and drinks to the Park, but additional food also available to purchase if necessary. Plenty of undercover shelter from the rain and the sun.
Will defintely be visiting again over the summer break.
