We have a huge inflatable waterpark, slip n slide, Barramundi fishing, stand up paddle boards, banana boat rides, and two inline cable skis for wakeboarders. We are also the home of Australia's largest impounded fish that you can catch for fun. All day all-inclusive passes are $29 each or $99 for a family of four.

Firstly everyone had fun..............BUT don't be fooled by the website photo's. We visited today for two reasons, we had family visiting and as they love all things water we thought they'd enjoy it and more importantly we heard the business was for sale and thought we would visit without a real estate agent to see what it was about.
The park is very run down and unkept, the staff (for want of a better word ) are more interested in hanging with their mates and enjoying the equipment than providing any sort of customer service or supervision.
The 'cafe' is a debacle with staff working in bare feet, picking up food with bare hands and quite frankly their attitudes were appalling.
The equipment can't even be described as tired.......it's in a state of disrepair. The slide is actually dangerous with a middle inflatable section damaged allowing sliders to cross lanes crashing into others, again supervising staff were too busy sliding with their friends.
The jumping pillow has clearly not held air for some time, the paddle boards have no grip pads, the cable skiing is ok for banana boat rides but ordinary for wakeboarding.
The grass is far too long, the water edges are scummy and all in all for the quality of everything the entry fee is excessive.

We chose this park for a family day out during a short trip to Townsville. We thought we would be guaranteed to catch a fish between four of us but to no avail. We asked about a refund however the girl assisting us by the pond told us the only time we would receive a refund is if we fished from the ‘bigger Barra dam’.
We watched the Barra swim away from the bait and the only things we were getting bubbles from were the turtles that followed the bait to the edge!
The kids did have fun on the water park, however the amount of mould on the park itself was questionable as to how sick we may get, it is disturbing how mouldy it all is. We still had 25 minutes until the park closed and they wouldn’t let our daughter back on the inflatable park, this was disappointing as we had sat for hours and not caught of fish.
We do not recommend this park at all.
There is a sign at the entrance, we can see what it’s there.

A great day out for all the family. You can spend an hour or a whole day!! So much to do for all age groups. Inflatable course, banana ride, paddle boarding and large slip n slides. We stayed from 10am-4pm and had a ball!!
Have a bbq, bring your own food or purchase food there.
Great facilities, lots of tables and chairs under cover.
The best way to cool off in the hot Townsville weather.
And you are guaranteed to catch a barramundi, with rods and bait supplied, so much fun!
Highly recommended, a must do when you visit Townsville!!

Quite a lot of the inflatables were very flat and not easy to climb on. The paddle boards were water logged and wouldn't stay afloat with an adults weight on them.
All in all it was a bit of an underwhelming experience. The place needs a bit of money spent on it and a bit of a fix up.

Needs a huge cash injection, bulkies stacked everywhere. Looks like a tip. Not many picnic tables around. Half the equipment is not useable or serviceable. Needs a good cleanup

Change ur website, update it its a joke. Everything about it is incorrect. "Catch a fish guaranteed or your money back" last time I went there I caught nothing and you'd refused to refund!! "Open today 10-4" yeah thanks for wasting fuel and time. Update your site you's are bloody use less. Someone should pin you for false advertising!!!!

Hope you checked into our local psychiatric unit after that email. Sounds like you need a bit of time out and possibly some help.
So the prices are wrong, opening hours wrong, guarantee or money back wrong and God knows what else.

The kids enjoyed the water park area and activities but the park itself seemed run down and unloved. Toilet areas weren't great and the outdoor furniture was dirty and mismatched.
Staff were friendly enough and answered all of our questions.
Having travelled around Qld over the last month we have had much better value for money in other venues

Thanks for your feedback. We are glad the kids enjoyed themselves and we will hopefully be able to make some much needed upgrades now people are coming. It has been a very tough last few years and we were almost ready to close the doors but this summer has seen a boost in happy customers so we may be able to renovate and say open another year. thanks again.

Went there yesterday with children & grandchildren. Great day for all until we got fish & chips. Fish was mushy. We couldn't eat it. Not cooks fault as I noticed she had to put frozen pieces in deep fryer. Would recommend bringing your own food as park was great.

Improving the facilities regularly, and the waterpark is great for the whole family. The fishing looks quite fun, but the prices for both are pretty prohibitive to prevent this being a regular for some of us locals.
