We booked our flights with 1 week in advance, during the week we started noticing some changes in the weather. Showing 98% heavy rain on the weather forecast, we wanted to change it for the following week, the person who I spoke with was extremely rude if I got that right, his name is Trevor.
He said that wouldn't change the booking, the cancellation was up to the pilot which would let us know by whatever time he decided to, could be 3 am ou right on the flight time and hung up on me.
Business fails in supplying information or details it should as per the information on the voucher, refuse to clarify questions or solve issues.
I watched the weather close on the following day as I went to work at 5am. Pick up time was 5 am, and flight should take off before the sunrise 6:30am. At 5 am was raining, and very cloudy up to 8 am; See my photos from that day bellow.
