Requested remedial massage, received the equivalent of a back rub from my 5 yr old niece.
The woman (cannot call her a masseuse as she clearly did not have the qualifications) had no idea of anatomy.
Many of my bones and more soft tissue than I was comfortable with received an asymmetrical thumb imprint, and if my muscles were included in the back scratch it felt like it was by chance.
Very unfortunate as the girl was lovely, but clearly had absolutely no training in massage therapy.
Unfortunately it wasn’t a unique experience as both my sisters also received expensive informal back scratches.
Not to mention the funeral music blasting and getting in over 30 minutes late despite booking the day prior.

Me and my partner both loved the massage. Staff was friendly and recommended us to go for couple massage to avail the discount. Both of ours Masseuse skills were good and we enjoyed our time there. Keep it up guys we shall be visiting you again when we are next in Surfers!!

Best massage I can remember having for years.
Professional and clean premises.
Courteous staff.
...my only complaint is that the aromatherapy part of the aromatherapy massage was omitted.

Really enjoyed our massages at virtue. They were very accommodating and listened to our requests. The only downside was we paid for the aroma oil massage and there was no aroma. It was just plain oil
