Took this tour based on previous stellar Trip Advisor comments here, and was not disappointed. Initially, we were going to stay up at Cape Tribulation, but ended up in Port Douglas because of this tour. Steve was an excellent guide who picked us up on time from our accommodation, was super knowledgeable and personable. The tour included Mossman Gorge, a Daintree river cruise (with two big crocs - this cruise is all about seeing crocs - more likely to be seen in winter than summer), Thornton beach stop off for Daintree tea/ coffee and muffins, a little walk in the rainforest (including an amazing Boyd’s forest dragon), the sea bass (or steak or vego) lunch was very nice, a swim in a lovely river pool and a stroll on Cape Trib beach (peppermint stick insects) finished off with some exotic ice creams. While we didn’t see the famous cassowary, Steve really brought the forest alive with his passion and knowledge. As a Port Douglas resident he also gave us some great insights into the area including local Kuku Yulangi stories (as appropriate). I’m not usually a big fan of tour groups, but this was a truly great way to see the area, and see some awesome wildlife. Best endorsement was to see the teens happy all day.
