Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We went on a bucket list trike tour ride with Kelvin today through Port Douglas. Kelvin was and excellent tour guide and very knowledgeable about the the area and sites we visited. Overall we loved our ride experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

S&S Port Douglas tours is a great way to see Port Douglas and the surrounding area in a more unusual - and fun - way. Shaun is a great guide and knows the area like the back of his hand, and was able to provide great commentary along the way. He took us to some great viewpoints and sunset spots, and through the back ways where civilization meets nature. A great way to spend a few hours touring the area.

Shaun took us out to Mt Molloy and to the pub for lunch, what a day! We passed some swim holes and a few look outs along the way. Shaun was great, he gave us commentary along the way and just a generally nice guy :) he made our trip one to remember, definitely a highlight!

We went on a 1 hour tour with our guide Peter on a trike through Port Douglas and Mossman surrounding areas. Only wished we had booked for longer. Great fun and highly recommend.

We had our first trip to Port Douglas and as the trike trip had been highly recommended, thought this was was a great way to start. Collected from our hotel and headed up through the sugar cane fields, Mossman, little townships and skirting the edges of the Daintree, stopped for lunch and headed back via the sugar mill (one of the last still running but soon to close. Sad to see another industry closing and the impact it will have on the surrounding townships. Our tour guide Shaun was awesome. A local country boy (man) who has lived in the area his whole life ready to share his backyard, history and knowledge with you, oh and a chin wag too!!!!! Fantastic day - I didn’t have the camera out initially so missed a lot of the Daintree. We highly recommend the trike tours and yes will be back again and try one of the other tours or create our own (Shaun has great ideas).

We did a great Tour of Port Douglas with Peter of S&S Motor Cycle tours.
The 30 minute tour only cost $45 each and it was very entertaing.

“Saved the best for last” as they say. This was the last activity we did on a week long holiday in Port Douglas. From the moment Shaun and Yogi pulled into our hotel to pick us up for an adventure on the road we knew we were in for a treat. The ride through Mossman Town into Daintree Village was amazing and breathtaking. There we had lunch and great laughs before we got on the bikes and explored the surrounding scenery while heading back to our hotel. Thank you Shaun and Yogi for a great morning. One we will never forget. A MUST DO.

Shaun was fantastic and had such a great knowledge of the area! Shaun took us to see some amazing sites and off the “tourist” route and onto the local one. Such a beautiful place and perfect from the back of the trike!

What would be the cost of a hour tour for one person?

Sorry I've been so long to answer as I've been away. It was about $75 pp if I can remember correctly. They had a stand set up at the marina to promote their tours to the cruise passengers. I could put a link but if you look them up under trike tours Port Douglas you may find their current prices. If you do it, I'm sure you will enjoy it! Jx
