The service from Cairns Private Transfer was fantastic. Our driver, Brian, was waiting for us in Arrivals after our long flight from the UK into Cairns. He provided us with a wealth of information and useful tips during our drive to Port Douglas which gave us a fabulous start to our holiday. We were lucky enough to have Brian collect us for the return trip to Cairns airport a week later. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Australian wildlife and shared many interesting stories with us, we were sad to leave the taxi once we arrived at the airport! I absolutely recommend Cairns Private Transfer, our driver was punctual, polite, friendly and a very careful driver (essential for the very winding road to Port Douglas). The car was spacious, comfortable and very clean too!

Booking our Transfers was easy and uncomplicated with Nicky taking care of all of our needs including timeframes to ensure a smooth transition from home to the Airport. We highly recommend this transfers service. Brian was a great driver and full of info on places to see and things to do in the area. We had lots of luggage and a tri bike so we utilized the trailer which was perfect. Nicky was so attentive regarding scheduling and gave us a heads up on road closures in the area which was critical for making our flight.
