Had a great time with this company visiting two dive sites on the great Barrier Reef. Service was excellent and safety paramount. Workers were friendly, knowledgeable and really seemed to work together as a team to get the job of making the day a great experience. Had a great time on this trip. I think the crew could have made more effort to edicate people about likelihood of being seasick. All crew very friendly except for one hostess who would complain about us tourists when she thought we couldnt hear/they werent listening. The snorkelling was incredible, they have an underwater photographer who was able to move... More

We went out on a whole day trip and the weather destroyed it. We took seasick tablet and that saved our family. 50 percent of the guest were throwing up on the way out to the reef. At the reef the visibility was poor. This meant that we lost contact with our group members during decent. Our dive master didn't... More

I had an awesome single-day dive trip with TUSA last week. The crew was extremely professional and communicative but kept it light-hearted, funny, and personal. We did 3 dives altogether, with snorkelers and scuba groups going simultaneously. Our instructor (Jess or Jazz?) was super patient with me - I hadn't dived in a few years and she refreshed me on... We did the 2 day PADi referral course with Tusa Dive. We had a very friendly, experienced and patient instructor (Niek). He taught us in a relaxed an pleasant way how to dive. He has also great knowledge of the reef! We got our certificate after the required 4 dives and fortunately there was also enough time for 2 pleasure... More

My partner and I booked the 4 day Learn to Dive Open Water Course as we were not keen on the liveaboard option which is definitely the most popular way to go here. Someone even commented that our choice of doing our training dives through referral with Tusa was controversial. Given that this option seemed so unpopular, I was initially... More

Our TUSA experience was amazing to say the least! The entire boat crew was awesome and very helpful! The boat was not booked to capacity so there was plenty of room to sit where you pleased! The equipment was in perfect working order as well! Also, plenty of crew members available if you had any questions or needed assistance with... More
