Welcome to our unique spa experience using blended Aromatic Organic Oils and Thai techniques to rejuvenate the skin and calm the mind, body and soul. A healthy choice with natural & Organic Products Hello my name is Palm. My passion has driven me to establish Natural Palm and provide a quality day spa service therapy. My philosophy is that your experience should be more than just the treatment. It is also about the ambience and relaxing feeling as you enter the serenity of the spa, the aromas of the beautiful products used, the welcoming and caring energy of your therapist and finally, the complete feeling of relaxation as you leave.

Very relaxing. Kumi was great and the spa is lovely. Lots of options to choose from. Left feeling with a lot less stress in my back.

My partner and I had a Thai Aroma massage and it was one of the best and most relaxing massages we have ever had. We would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Cairns!

With much anticipation I booked an early afternoon special treat for my cousin (local) and I travelling. The communication initially was unclear - didn't recommend from their menu or suggest a package that would meet needs. Their spa packages advise they focus on mental health as well as physical - none of that happened - It was for two - had a recurring message requesting info on one person - when we arrived there was no one to meet and great- it was a shabby shop effectively - having rung a bell and aware of the heavy bass music vibrating through the ceiling it did not bode well. I had already paid on line with the booking (required) so having committed $788 and not wanting to make a special treat awkward, I thought surely it would get better.
The online info gathered was not referred to. There was no acknowledgement of previous communications and very robotic - poor interactions and the people who did treat us seemed exhausted and devoid of emotion.
I did not speak either of the first languages of our technicians - When I asked about the vibrating music there was no recognition of this or the offering of ear plugs - it truly vibrated the building and table at times and was a constant in behind the running water and 'relaxing' music played in the shop.
The communication of what was expected of us was limited - sharing a room for the massage was one thing the shower in one room and walking about in a shop in your paper undies, where you can hear people coming in and ringing the bell and asking for people is not relaxing -
The towels were shabby with threads coming off them, not in a trendy frill way- in a shabby worn way. (they were clean)
There was no conversation about the products being used and or why.
They did check if we had allergies
The execution of the treatments themselves was really good the technicians were "technically capable'.
To do the team justice and for the price point they needed to be in a more appropriate setting with better facilities to meet our expectations.
It did feel like we were being treated like ignorant one time wallets who had no choice but to go with the vibration.
On completion of our 3 hour appointment we were literally left wondering what next - they asked us about our tea choice but didnt say what they required of us - get dressed and go back to waiting room.
There is no toilet on the premises - very unsuitable for a long treatment.
We decided to head off then and as we walked out of the property a woman who appeared in the waiting room -asked us how it was? she looked rather scruffy and I wondered if she had walked in from the street - she asked us to leave a review on trip advisor and I though that was strange.
There are nicer facilitates in Cairns and Northern Beaches, that feel safer and with more interaction prior to the treatment which instills confidence. While the technicians were trained well in the applications of the treatments the setting of the scene relationship and the environment are crucial.
There photos and pamphlets are nicer than the actual venue and the vibrating music from above is disturbing, the place is shabby not in a chic way- in a tired and run down way.

Unprofessional attacks from her showing stress, anger and saying that I’m whinging on the phone after me asking a question in a polite and friendly way.
(I just rung to ask why it said on my account that I was charged extra). I also asked another question earlier when I was at the spa and she went on a rant at me and laughed at me for assuming that the foot spa was a massage, she could have just said sorry no and been polite but she took it to an abrupt level.
I just want to make it clear as well that when I use the word unprofessional I mean, she will use her personal problems as an excuse for being stressed and rude to customers. Even see below her response to a customer making a complaint, a lot of personal things get mentioned. But in a professional environment it’s about customer service and making someone’s day not laying your stress into others.
Did this happen to me? Yes I received a full on rant on the phone about how she has to pay her rent and staff and all of these things trying to make me feel bad for asking why I got charged extra for the $110 service I went in for.
It was was a lot of unnecessary shouting, stress coming from the manager. Customers are ment to feel relaxed and I did feel relaxed but she moment I was met with the owner it was other opposite

I had such a lovely, relaxing massage while on holiday. Service was exceptional and the environment was wonderful.
Receptionist was also a foodie and gave us a couple of great restaurant recommendations which we also visited.

I cannot express how wonderful this experience was. The atmosphere was beautiful. The entire experience was fantastic. I was so relaxed. It would only have been better I'd they would have carried me back to my hotel.

We only have female therapists as we runs massage and beauty day spa which mean we do need therapists who’s can do those work. We are not just a massage shop but we runs a day spa which involves in beauty site of it

Hello
We do have shower room but normally recommend client to leave the oil on skin as we wipe it off when complete treatment. We use quality massage oil so it does absorb skin very well and does not feel sticky like cheap massage oil. If client want to shower after as need to fly out or other reason then client welcome to use shower room.
