I had the pleasure of having the owner, Palm, personally massage me, and I was excitedly surprised to receive my best massage yet! Palm is incredibly knowledgeable about all things massage and spa-related, including ingredients and techniques to use and avoid. The entire team is so polite and calming, making me feel like a VIP every time I walk through the door. Palm has trained her staff to the highest caliber, and it is heartening to see the interaction of staff who clearly enjoy working there and with each other. The room is always the perfect temperature, creating a calming environment. Their use of aromatherapy in each massage is a true treat.
