I work in aged care and we took 10 senior residents on to go on the Reef Eye. From the moment we started walking to the ride, the worker ( who I then learned was the manager) approached us. She was incredible friendly, enthusiastic and very welcoming. Not only this, she assisted each and every one of them with stepping up onto the platform, carefully helping them with their walkers. She then neatly parked their walkers when the residents were seated- The whole time talking to them to confirm they were ok and comfortable. Nothing was too hard, there was no rush. The nature of the manager honestly made this experience complete for our residents. I could not thank her enough for the kindness and care she showed when assisting them. The residents had the best time and cant wait to go back. Also asked if she could be working! Everything was smooth, the ride was amazing, we couldn't ask for a better outing experience! Thank you so so much!!
