Miserable staff (only a small few were friendly and helpful). Rubbish dumped in and around bushes, full bins and not many wasp traps spread around the park. Poor worker by himself sorting dinghys out for water flume rides, he just kept going and going. Whole...More

Took our 2 daughters here last week, for what we hoped would be a fun, magical day. OMG! I hadn’t been for a few years and boy has it let itself slip. Tired, creaky, unwelcoming, dirty and possibly unsafe. We didn’t stay all day as...More

We had the same problem as you, almost all the rides were closed and turned out to be a waste of money. We complained at the exit and they said there was nothing that could be done and no refund will be issued.
