Not battling cars on the road. Just people walking and bikes on the pathway. I take visitors to Brisbane for this walk. Can end up at New Farm park or the Powerhouse.

Beautiful Brisbane River can't be beaten. The boardwalk is wonderful. There's always plenty to see. Have seen interesting birds and fish, met cute dogs, watched flowers blooming over several days. It's an ideal place to use for free to appreciate the River.

A relaxing way to wander along the river between the CBD and the picturesque New Farm park across the new river walkway. Take some time to enjoy New Farm park and visit nearby Powerhouse.

We usually park at New Farm Park and walk into the city and back. A great option is to combine the walk with a trip on the Ferry. There is a great little cafe near the ferry stop in the park.
