Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I attended a national medical convention in September, with the Home Show in the next exhibition Hall. No problem with people traffic, and plenty of underground parking appeared to be the case. All amenities seemed to be clean and suitable for the large crowds expected.

We saw a show (Jim Jeffries) at the venue, and can say that the facilities were great - lots of room, very clean, and very centrally located.

We attended the Tina Arena concert on Sunday 2-5-21 and we had a mixed experience. The staff were amazingly friendly and professional all the way through the night.
We made a huge mistake in buying 2 serves of nachos from you, which were just foul. Served ice cold, with raw cheese and lukewarm meat they were an absolute rip off for $18 each. Such a shame that a great experience was ruined by the lack of a microwave. You can do better.

As a conference organiser I've seen a lot of convention centres. This one is excellent. Doesn't have the great views of Melbourne, but it's compact, the theatres are great, and it's central.

Close (walking distance) to the railway station and bus interchange. Have been for large exhibition viewing and the building is perfectly suited to that.

My friend is taking a group of ladies down to the craft show on Saturday in a 20 seater bus,she has never done this before, any tips on drop off & parking close by.
Thankyou
Written 4 October 2016
A 20 seater bus would not get in the under ground car park. You would be best to drop the people off, call the Convention centre and they will tell you the best place to do a drop off. My other suggestion would be to look up the Brisbane city council website as it will tell you the information re coach parking. There are restrictions on how long you are allowed to park but, Grey street south Bank has coach parking as does Glenelg street near the BC & EC. Hope this helps and enjoy the craft show.
