Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Really enjoy going here for a coffee and chocolates. The chocolates are excellent and the coffee is above average. Good place to visit.

Lovers of all things chocolate must visit this shop. So many tasty chocolate treats and only so much time. We went twice.
The chocolate ginger is the best I've had. There's rocky road, honey comb, honey jelly, Turkish delight, dark cherry, mango almond, pecan - and several more to choose from. You'll never go back to eating mass produced chocolate.
Try one of the hot chocolated (Theresa blend to suit every taste) it's amazing.

We were sooo excited to try Noosa Chocolate Factory after reading the reviews but are now baffled by the experience & taste we found (or didn't find).

We got some dark Rocky Road and milk Honeycomb and both were veryy bland!

The Rocky Road just tasted bitter (fair enough it was dark choc) but usually dark choc has some depth of flavour, this had zero taste and very little jam jelly through it (and no biscuit?!!..)

The honeycomb itself also had no taste..no sweetness & no honey flavour, it just had the crunchy texture.

We feel like we wasted $20-30 on the product we bought and feel the quality is very overrated.

Did we just get two things which happened to be made incorrectly or has anyone else had this experience?

Great customer service and a good choice of chocolate varieties available. The Bowen Mango chocolates was my favourite. Easy to mix and match as it was only $5.70 per 100g.

I have been buying rocky road from the shop at 144 Adelaide St since it opened. I still love it but every week I go in there, the bags seem to be getting smaller and smaller - is it just me? Love your product but hey guys how about a little consistency here!

Incredible chocolate. They have a chocolate with dark cherries that was to die for. And I don't mean a big piece of chocolate with a couple of cherries--that chocolate was packed with cherries. And the mint chocolate---we were there on Christmas Eve, so most of the peppermint was gone, pity, because it was great. All of the chocolate is sold by weight, it is not prepackaged. You get to cut off as much or as little as you want. Great little place.

I've never found better chocolate in my life! Lindt tastes like dirt in comparison... The hot chocolate is sooooo chocolatey!

Last weekend I purchased some dark chocolate coated pecans ($5.7 per 100g). Next time around, I might try the chocolate coated hazelnuts, or the chocolate layered caramel slice... yum

There are no tables or seats, but plenty of parks and seat benches near by. Get your hot chocolate and find a spot to sit and people watch.

This is an understandably very busy shop because they sell such heavenly chocolate. Slabs are priced according to their weight and they are not cheap. Everything is yummy though. A must-visit if you come to Brisbane.

There are two Noosa Chocolate Factory stores in Adelaide Street in Brisbane. The smaller store has items packaged up, the other sells them loose and I believe you can get the brownies, hot chocolate here etc.

They have a large variety of dark and milk chocolate. I bought such things as the inca berries in dark chocolate, large licorice bullets, chocolate covered pistachios, chocolate covered pecans, the pecan slab, their special rocky road, and Bowen Mango covered macadamias. They are really lovely and everything tasted fresh. It's worth a visit if you like chocolate and they tend to always have someone buying chocolate in them.

I don't bother with any other rocky road any more because I have found the best. However its a bit pricey at $18 for 800g but it is really good. I am however disappointed at the fact that they took out the macadamia nuts they used to put in it for the same price.
