This beautiful church provides a much-needed contrast to the nondescript modern buildings surrounding it. As another reviewer commented, this only goes to enhance its beauty. It's great to see that at least a small proportion of Brisbane's heritage has been saved from the developers.

This church holds a lot of memories for myself and family. Myself and both sisters have been married here, we have had numerous christenings and general church visits in the church over the last 30 years. The staff have always been fantastic, and during planning for our wedding they were unbelievable at helping calm nerves and make sure we were... More

This church is pretty and a great photo opportunity as well as a place to explore Brisbane's heritage and for those interested, to take part in worship services. If you are a keen photographer then this church offers great options across the street from King George Square and chance for superb photos inside and out.

Over 160 years old, the Albert Street Uniting Church nestles amongst the new buildings of Brisbane inner city. Once you are in the heart if Brisbane, you will be drawn to the beautiful heritage listed church in all its architectural magnificence. Built in 1889, this is a really Quaint structure which now houses the Uniting Church. Well located across from King George Square in the heart of the CBD and easily accessible by Public Transport. Although a lovely building in its own right, it does not quite match the elegance of the main Catholic and Anglican Cathedrals which are in close... More

It is a beautiful church in the middle of the Brisbane CBD. Historic architecture, and easily accessible by public transport or in walking distance, if staying close by in hotel.

I visited this church whilst I was staying at the nearby Pullman King George Square. This church is heritage listed church and is located on the corner of Ann Street, and Albert Street. Construction was completed in 1889 and is of gothic style. I also had great views of this church from our 9th floor corner room at our hotel.

Tucked in and surrounded by skyscrapers this church is part of the old Brisbane before developers took over. It looks quaint and hope it's always there.opposite the city hall square.
