Nice spot for linch

Authentic feel and a great escape from the heat above. Food is pretty good for a pub, especially the beef Guinness pie. Staff were friendly and food was served quickly.

Located downstairs, there is obviously no natural light and despite some attempt, very limited atmosphere. The food for a pub is not that cheap, unless you keep an eye out for daily specials. Beer is mainly in pints and although there are a number of choices it was not the greatst experience

Four of us went for lunch....pre lunch drinks were flat and had to be returned....no gas on the post mix apparently. Ordered lunch and waited 35 minutes for the meal. Guinness Pie which had tender meat, was large, nice pastry but not a really tasty dish overall. The steak burger was tough with gristly meat. The chips were delightful. The... More

Came here for the first time after many trips to Brisbane. Can I just say, this place lives up to the hype. Great staff, great atmosphere, and while I did not have a meal here, the food looked amazing and seemed reasonably priced. The only reason I would not give this place full marks is purely cosmetic--they need to update... More

Barstaff were rude, impolite and extremely unhelpful. Owners should be more careful about who they hire. Would not recommend.

Good pub for a feed and a few drinks. The burgers were a good size and tasty. Lots of different drinks to choose from. You feel underground and is a good place to escape the hustle of all the people in the mall.

Part from loosing our booking, we got a seat find, lighting was hard to read the menu few girls had get phone torches out, was a nice dinner, steak gave thumbs up all round the table, and the live band made good entertainment.

Mick O'Malleys is a nice little getaway from the madness of Brisbane CBD. Located below ground level, it provides a great selection of ales and the staff are very friendly. If it had a beer garden then this would be the perfect boozer.

Went to O'Malleys with a group of friends for reunion drinks. We went down the steps and bought a couple of drinks. The drinks were on the pricey side. $18 for a XXXX and a Magners. Or $9.50 for a Hahn Super Dry. Certainly not cheap. The bar was littered with pervy drunk old men who had clearly been attempting... More
