Uncork Creativity: A Fun-Filled Vodka & Gin Making Experience
From stunning scenery when you walk through the garden to endless flavour combinations, this vodka and gin making class was an absolute blast. The instructors were incredibly friendly and informative, guiding us through the process with genuine enthusiasm. We had a blast crafting our own unique spirits, and the beautiful location only added to the experience. Five out of five stars, highly recommend!

    Gin Making Class Excellent
The gin making class was excellent. John and Bella were very helpful and knowledgeable. The two gin cocktails and delicious cheese platter was an added bonus. Not to mention the 500 mil bottle of gin we got to take home. We would highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to spend it and enjoyable few hours.

LEARNING THE ART OF MAKING YOUR OWN SPECIAL GIN HANDS ON
When you are looking for something exciting and new to do, I highly recommend the Gin workshop with the Comiskey group. My husband and I had a fantastic 2 hours learning about the process of Gin making and creating our own special blend to take home at the end of the event. I recommend this as a great activity for groups as well.

Hidden gem with an awesome vibe!
This is a hidden gem right in the heart of Eatons Hill! Jon & Felix are both a wealth of knowledge, charismatic and entertaining. This makes the gin and vodka distilling process fun. Make your gin as complex or as basic as you wish while adding YOUR own flavours and spin to it. I’ve been countless times as this place has an awesome vibe…everyone is friends by the time you leave. This is an incredible experience and I highly recommend this to couples and groups as its so much fun. Come for the gin distilling and stay for cocktails, drinks and pizza in the main bar!

Was such a great day for this gin lover learning more about the ins and outs of the gin making process and the science behind it.
Colleen the Master Distiller was a powerhouse if information and what worked well when creating your very own bottle of take home gin.
The location is awesome and it’s exciting to have a Distillery in the local area.
The set up is bright and inviting. There are a maximum of 20 students to a class with your own mini copper still to create from.
Ticket price included 2 full size G&Ts where you get to sample the distilleries brand. Add a grazing platter to share and it really is the best morning / afternoon out.
Looking forward to seeing what is offered next as there is talk of vodka, rum and whiskey workshops. This really is going to be a place for everyone.

I bought the workshop as a Xmas gift for my girlfriend. We had a wonderful experience. We learnt so much that we didn't know about Gin. The workshop space is fantastic and the equipment was spectacular. The whole atmosphere was exciting. The charcuterie board was delicious and the 2 cocktails were divine. To come home with my very own personalised bottle of gin with my own label was really special. I have told all my friends and family about the experience. Loved it.

Absolutely loved our experience at the Gin master class. I went with my wife and enjoyed our time. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were made to feel welcomed and part of the experience. Loved the idea of making our own Gin in a copper still with our own botanicals to our own tastes. The charcuterie board topped off the event as well as the 2 cocktails and bottle of gin. Well organised and definitely worth a visit.

The Gin School experience was so much fun and very interesting. A very professional set-up with a such a knowledgeable Hostess Colleen. All of the ingredients were on hand and the equipment was first class. My finished product was the best Gin I have ever tasted - all gone now sadly. My new favourite drink. I would highly recommend this experience with a group of friends.

We had a great time creating and comparing our Gin flavours. John the host and guide was very helpful, knowledgeable and created a relaxed fun environment to create in. Having a gin to start the inspiration helped to.

The actual Gin making process was fun but we were very disappointed in the charcuterie board provided as it was very minimal for 20 people drinking gin and paying $169 pp, and they also did not include anything gluten free as promised in a previous email to Comiskey Distillery prior to booking. We also mentioned this in the notes when booking. As I’m a coeliac I am unable to have any food with gluten in it as well as any cross contamination. The staff found some wafer biscuits that made me feel like I was doing my holy communion again which in my opinion was slack as I wasn’t able to eat any of the cheeses or meats as there was other non-gluten free biscuits there (cross contamination). By this point I was feeling very disappointed as I was sitting there watching everyone else eating, the staff then offered me a pizza from next door which I declined as I was over it. If you say you can provide something, do it. Instead of rummaging around in a cupboard coming up with nothing.

Learn about the history of Gin, have a couple of house gins then get down to making your own Gin.
Learn about how you can make your own Gin using your unique combination out of over 100 Botanicals on offer. Great gazing platter and knowledgeable Gin Masters to steer you through the process. This was my second class and highly recommend Comiskey Distillery for a full Gin Experience.

Such a great experience. Great atmosphere, very well thought out layout and set up where there are even hand bag holders under the bench where you sit!
We had a lot of fun. Can be a bit technical but a lot of help from the hosts in explaining everything.
Great value for money as well. A lot of inclusions for what you pay.
Will happily go back again!

I had an absolutely fantastic time at the Comiskey gin workshop through Moreton Bay Food & Wine Festival! Even as a portable workshop there were plenty of ingredients to choose from. It was informative and entertaining and all three presenters were friendly and engaging. Will be coming back with friends! Thanks so much
