Within easy walking distance from CBD and a great way to spend the morning. A good mix of fresh and organic produce (best after 12 as the prices are cheaper) clothes, art and crafts available. Some great food stalls for lunch too! Relaxed vibe with live music and local people.

I love the West End. A great variety of international food and some great little bars with authentic live music. The main drag isn't very long but if you venture out around the back blocks towards the river and Daisy Park you will find a few more little places. LOVE Daisy Park markets.

We haven't spent much time in West End until recently. It is a really trendy little area with lots of places to choose from to eat and drink. Can be a bit sketchy in places so need to keep your wits about you.

This is a place to come to grab something to eat, sit and drink a coffee and watch the world go by. There is a great juice bar on the way from South Bank to West End. Couple of good places to get a book to read.

West End has such a varity of activities, with many stores, bars, some interesting sights, good for a vist for those who are in Art deco. Just a short walk across the bridge from Brisbane centre. and next to South Brisbane, with the pools and markets .

I loved West End. I wandered the streets, dined at the cafes. Visited quirky stores and generally loved the vibe. I know that it sounds strange... but it just felt good to me. Not far to walk if you don't mind a stroll or job to the park or a little further to Southbank Parklands too. :-)

West end is great there are so many little coffee shops and eateries here that you are spoilt for choice. You can walk to the main street and just wander in and out of all the little shops that are here. If you're looking to get out of the city but don't want to travel too far then this is... More

Love all the variety at the markets especially the olive people, mushroom man and stall with baguettes, goat cheese and fresh butter. Great doggy atmosphere and lots of friendly faces. Grab a coffee or an iced tea,go for a wander or indulge in breakfast under the tree. Gift someone fresh flowers, homemade Greek goodies or a beeswax candle!!
