Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

As Queensland's only community run Drive-In, I loved the charm of this Drive-In. The restaurant staff were so eager to help. Just drive-up to the gates at 5pm, great little ticket booth with current movies showing at only $15 per car.
The restaurant has great quality hospitality trainees all learning their food craft, well done guys and gals. Well Done

1 out of 5.
Ordered a burger and chips, large chips and hot dog. Waited 30 min. When I approached them there was no record of my order even existing. Very disappointed and don’t think I’ll come back again as this is appalling service for a fast food service.

Old Fashion Drive In Theatre only about half an hour drive from Brisbane. Very affordable at $10 per car, perfect for Saturday family outings or couple romantic movie night! Food & beverages are cheap too.

Good for the kids. Especially in summer they enjoy the movies out of the car. Food is good for them and they have a great night. Few places like this for kids.

A fantastic family night out for $10. Drive in, find a spot, sit back and relax, the kids love it. two movies back to back. You can buy food there at very reasonable prices also. We usually take a picnic. Never any complaints from us.

Recently visited the tivolidrive in theatre and was surprised by the value it offers.

10$ per car entry for 2 movies... amazing. Kids had a great time, with free jumping castle and play area.

Movie audio is thru Car radio, but dont bother with most of them turning on, u can listen clearly without any trouble.

Take some picnic chairs, some comfy rugs, lie down, eat and watch...very relaxing.

There is a cafe, but as u can imagine the options are limited and will get crowded. Bring your own food, no restrictions, come early, find a good spot, park and enjoy...going back again.

Generally its kids movie 7 PM followed by another general one at 8:45 pm...plan accordingly ...dont expect great volume effect or screen clarity, go for a family day out and lie down experience.
