I cannot speak highly enough about the organization, the quality of the food and how easy Taya made it for us. A personalised cook book to take home and a beautiful and fun atmosphere to learn to tips and tricks how to cook authentic Thai and Vietnamese food. Loved it !! My partner and I attended Taya’s culinary school on Sunday 7 Feb , 4 hours well spent . Great teacher , good fun, just so organised and particular.
The food we prepared was yummy came away with a much better appreciation and improved cooking skills.
Sincerely recommend if you like Asian food

My husband and I attended Taya’s Express Class on a Thursday evening. It was so much fun and such a great date night. Taya is an absolute miracle worker because for the first time in many years my husband took the reins in regards to cooking the meal. I have been to a weekend class previously and now the express class. I will definitely be going back again for more fabulous foodie fun!

Taya’s class was absolutely amazing! We cooked such yummy food and learnt so much from her. Taya is a wonderful chef and makes the class so much fun! A very unique experience that we would highly recommend to everyone wanting to learn Thai cooking skills or just have a great time! Will definitely try a different class in the future. My son and I were lucky enough to have a wonderful experience with Taya. She is funny, witty and a great teacher. We loved what we cooked, ate, and came home with.
We were so surprised how easy it was to make certain dishes and learned a lot about ingredients that we knew little about prior.
I would recommend this for anyone who wants to spice up their knowledge in the kitchen and just enjoy the fun of cooking not to mention the EATING ....thanks again Taya

We attended Seafood Banquet class at Taya Kitchen and it was great. Taya is such a good chef and teacher, she patiently answered our questions and helped us with cooking when we came across a problem. She is also happy to share the secrets to make a good Thai dishes.
We learned to cook fish curry which is not too hard at all, just need to get the right ingredients and great result, among other dishes. After the cooking class we have plenty left over to take home.
Overall we are really happy with her cooking class and I would recommend Taya's classes if you are a Thai food lovers.

Thoroughly enjoyed the class. Tom yum soup which I love was great. Plus I never knew you could freeze many of the ingredients like chilli's, lime leaves. Cooked some curry and fish dishes, delicious. Very much recommend if you like to cook asian dishes

Taya is so welcoming and knowledgeable about Thai food. The venue is cozy without being crowded and the layout made it easy for everyone to hear the instructions - no craning your head from the back trying to hear the instructor. I did the beginners Thai class and though I've cooked Thai food at home before, not usually from scratch. It wasn't as hard as you'd think, just takes some preparation and the right ingredients - and a few tips from Taya! The food I had produced at the end was as good as anything you'd buy from a restaurant. Definitely worth doing and is a great activity if you're on your own or with others.

What a great day! I attended a Thai Seafood Banquet class and had a wonderful time. Taya is very knowledgeable and it was great to learn some of the secrets and tips for traditional Thai cooking. Taya's Kitchen is set up with plenty of room for all, her recipes are easy to replicate at home and her teaching style is easy to follow and everyone gets involved. It was a relaxed and fun atmosphere where we cooked up a storm of delicious food. I think the best part was eating our delicious creations after all our cooking knowing we made everything from scratch. I highly recommend Taya's classes and can't wait for my next one.
