The Plaza Premium lounge offers everything for you to unwind in comfort. We have three locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane International Airport. You can enjoy comfortable seating, food and beverage, Free Wi-Fi internet workstations, international newspapers and magazines. You can also enjoy a range of massage treatments designed specifically for the travelers to address travel ailments and woes in Wellness Spa(located ONLY at the Plaza Premium Lounge Brisbane).

Beware they reject priority pass card holders

We have been using priority pass for five years, this is our first time comes across a very rude lounge receptionist which literally told us to come back to the lounge in another 50 minutes as now the lounge been reserved by the plaza premium members so we can’t go in.
My husband looked inside the lounge is about 80% full, we asked the receptionist again why the priority pass can’t go in as the lounge is not full. She replied in a very rude manner “ This is not a priority pass member lounge so we don’t need to serve them first”. So we asked her again, can she assure us out entry if we come back in another 50 minutes. She side “no” with a very irritated face.
We felt been insulted by this rude and unprofessional staff so we didn’t go back.
So I strongly suggest all priority pass member to use the Cerretto cafe and Bar 5 4fl floor before you check in if you fly out from Brisbane airport. Cause you might be rejected your entry by the plaza premium lounge which heavily depends on the receptionist mood.

Dear Valued Guest, We regret to hear of your unpleasant experience whilst trying to access the Lounge. Due to capacity reasons, we have to start turning away All Card holders & not just Priority Pass cards. Guests are always informed they are welcome to come back after a certain time if they are not flying yet, when the lounge is less busy. Our team strive to deliver excellent service and would much greatly rather guests use a visit and be able to find a seat and enjoy their stay. Don’t waste your time

At 9.30pm at capacity and the terminal is better. It’s a small space and the amount of airlines directed here makes it always a challenge. Food is at best average and compared to any of the airline lounges proper, this just doesn’t hold a light.

Better than last time

Last time we could not get in. This time we found seating in a pleasant and quiet area. Food was fairly good. They do not provide free alcoholic drinks in this lounge.

Not the best Lounge

I was flying Etihad Bussines and they use this lounge that´s not at all up to their normal level. A very poor small lounge with uncomfortable seats and not really good for it´s purpose.

Peaceful and Perfect

I recently stayed in this lounge and found it to be a peaceful haven in which to relax in between flights. The food was delicious, with lots of choices, and the beverages were also of high quality and plentiful.

The staff were very kind and generous with their hospitality; particularly Louisa, who went out of her way to show genuine kindness and assistance during my time in the lounge.This made all the difference, and made me feel genuinely welcome and looked after during a long period of transit.

Highly recommended!

I was travelling Etihad business and they use this lounge.
Initially couldn't find a seat - eventually got one - uncomfortable. Food choice poor, carpets dirty, whole place grubby.
Worst business class lounge I've ever been in.

Don't waste your money

Booked at least 1 week prior to our arrival,,Once we arrived we found the place was absolutely full,, there was not a seat available anywhere and they kept letting more people in,, stood around for a while until a cubicle became available ,so my wife and i jumped in , Only really big enough for 1 person. There was food spilled all over the serving counters,, papers and rubbish on the floor and over crowded.. This would be the worst lounge we have ever used in all the years we have been travelling and we have been to a few.. Never again,, Heading says it all

To ensure providing quality service and environment to our guests, we have to implement the capacity management plan when the lounge is full during peak time. Once the guests enter the lounge, all food and drinks are available. We have quite a selection of drinks, including red/white wines, beer and spirits. If you accessed the lounge with Priority Pass card, unfortunately due to the policy, the alcohol is subject to payment. Our team strive to meet all customers’ expectations and deliver total satisfaction and we again apologies we couldn’t meet this during your experience. We had tried to book online the day before we were travelling but you need 48 hrs for online booking. However we popped in on the day and were welcomed warmly even getting a discount! WE bought a 2 hr pass which was just awesome. No crowds, plenty to eat & drink. Fabulous staff, was really a great place to chillax!

Great quiet space

After reading the reviews, I was tempted to visit this lounge. There is a decent amount of food, and there is a coffee menu too. I could also have pancakes, Vietnamese pho, or Malaysian laksa for breakfast. To my surprise, I was also given an alcoholic beverage voucher to use, even though my flight was leaving at 9:25am! I am a member of Qantas club and they only serve alcohol from midday onwards. I saw alot of people having champagne at 8:30am!
There are also fresh juices and iced tea available.
For those with little ones, there is also a dedicated kids area with books and colouring in pages available. I would book ahead as the lounge did get crowded with a large group of travellers that Friday morning.
