Apart from the place being filthy, the owner, who i've no doubt knows his stuff knows nothing of how to make it interesting. We even had a bit of casual racism thrown in when describing the habits of a rock fish, don't want to hear...More

I like it because I can see tropical fish. Not the greatest place as a stand alone aquarium but has plenty to look at up close. I was happy because I saw some Copper banded butterfly fish (my favourite). Visited some time ago and thought...More

This is a small, privately owned and operated aquarium. It was very educational to be showed around by the owner, and we learned quite a few things. All in all, it was not worth a significant detour, but certainly worth a stop!

For an independent family run business it is excellent. The guy was very knowledgeable and was clearly very passionate about marine life. However, I do agree with other comments that it does need updating and a good clean.

The tour wasn't really a tour, the guide started off explaining the main tank in the facility and then the group just got bored or sidetracked and wandered around to look at the other exhibits. Guide was kind and informative though, and can tell he...More
