Our driver Adam was fantastic. He fed us information the whole 3 days. We were booked on a tour by our travel agent and 25 of us waited 3 hours and no bus arrived. Luckily after calling GRAND TOURING (a different company ) our agent got us a bus driven by ADAM. He stayed with us the 3 days (on short notice) touring Kakadu and Katherine. The tour and the driver were wonderful. Thank you.

Such a fantastic product. We only had one day to sightsee and didn’t have to choose between history & nature. Damian was so professional, informative, entertaining and accommodating. I highly recommend this tour (especially if you ask for Damian)

I can't say enough about what a great time I had with my 9-year old daughter, Ella and our guide "Pip." We booked this tour at the last minute (2 days in advance) at the Darwin Visitor's Center (who were also incredibly helpful!)
Our driver/guide, Pip met us at the scheduled time and we spent four days with him. We stayed at three different places which we requested- even a night at the Mt. Bundy Station which my daughter loved. We saw many animals and the wallabies hopping all over the place which was great!was great!!
We wanted to swim a lot, see crocs, animals and managed to do so in many exquisite water holes. * The crocs were seen from the boat! :-) The waterfalls were spectacular. It was so relaxing as we got to many places before more people arrived. It was a great time to visit - October 7-10th. The crowds were much less than what we had heard during other times. Just very hot!
Pip was so knowledgeable and answered my MANY questions. He was great with my daughter and has a genuine respect for Australia, all its people and the land. Highly recommend!!!

Had an awesome experience with Grand Touring in the Top End. As a guide for a couple of French people visiting Australia, I couldn't expect a better service. We spent 6 days on the road, travelling across three national parks: Kakadu, Nitmiluk and Litchfield.
In a nutshell: amazing landscape and wildlife, professional service, very reliable driver always available for assistance to meet the needs of my customers. We loved our trip with you!
Special thanks to Darren, our driver, for his precious help and contribution to the success of our journey. Great job!

A really great day to Litchfield with benefit of small group which was more intimate and enabled our tour to get away early, ahead of larger buses, reaching places first, before the crowds. The knowledge of tour guide, Cameron was immense, making the day very interesting and enjoyable. Return to Darwin was earlier because of fewer drop-offs.

Had a fantastic day, visiting Litchfield Park.
I was visiting Darwing for my first time, with 5 girlfriends, for one of the girls, and my 60th birthdays.
There was only two other people on the tour with us. A lovely couple from Tassie.
Our driver Darren was fantastic. We didn't want to see any crocodiles, so booked to do the swimming holes and also stopped to see the incredible Magnetic and Cathedral termite mounds, and then the beautiful swimming holes.
I rarely swim anywhere, but I didnt hesitate. In I went with my noodle to keep me afloat.
My friends were amazed.
Lunch was a nice roll or wrap, which we assembled ourselves.Plenty of choice.
Darrel even had bought cupcakes for our birthdays!
We finished ahead of time so Darren took us to the Noonamah Pub, which had an outdoor garden, where we finished the day with a Pimms.
The water holes were absolutely beautiful. It would have been good to have reef shoes for the last one as it was sooo slippery.
Everything was great for the price, and such a fun day!

I recently has the misfortune of traveling on one of your buses . The driver was absolutely disgusting, His name was Kirk , he made several sexual lewd remarks and made myself and my female friends very uncomfortable with his sexual offensive innuendo. I will be providing the phone footage in my complaint to the regulatory authority in the NT about this driver.

Our bus picked us up at the cruise port and took us for a ship booked excursion to see the Spectacular Jumping Crocodiles. Afterwards we had a pit-stop at Humpty Doo Hotel and pub for a snack and refreshments. On our way back into Darwin our guide and driver took us on a mini tour around the city to see some of the local sights. At the end they offered to let up off in town to do some shopping and strolling rather that return to the ship.
BOTTOM LINE: Very competent guide and driver. Was a little disappointed that the bus was a bit older and seats were worn down. Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared many stories and history of the area. MY RATING: 8/10

This bus company met us off our cruise ship in Darwin Harbour. We were taken to lots of places and site and sights around Darwin. The bus driver was very entertaining with his funny stories and telling us history of various places and sites. He was very knowledgeable even though he came from Sri Lanka. He took us to Stokes Wharf for lunch after visiting, museums, national parks, botanic gardens and around town then delivered us to our hotel after a very entertaining day.

We took a private day tour to Kathryn Gorge with Colin who was at our apartment at 5am and delivered us home safely at 8 pm - he was so accommodating and friendly such a delightful gentlemen. The following day Lou took us on a half day tour of Darwin - we could not have asked for more so informative and fun to be with. Thank you guys for making our holiday in Darwin absolutely fantastic.

I use a walker, and have a lightweight one for travelling. Is the bus tour option possible, as I have been advised that many busses will not take walkers. I may need assistance getting on and off, but will be travelling with a friend. Is there an extra step fitted to or carried on the bus to assist in boarding and dismounting?

Most of our vehicles would be accessible for you and with notice, we will do our best to accomodate you and ensure your comfort and safety whilst travelling with us. There are locations on our public tours, which are operated under "NT Day Tours", that may not be accessible due to their location, but if you contact us, we are happy to try and make arrangements for you. We also offer private and customised tours which could be tailored to suit your needs.
