We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Awful, can't even drop your bag with VIRGIN until 90 mins before flight, just crap.
Outrageous price for a beer $17 & 11,20 just for a bottle, absolutely disgusting rip off,BOTH overpriced by $5 , I'm sure the ripped off locals & tourists are Impressed. Australia & Darwin ,you should be ashamed and embarrased.

It is very strange that you cannot change money in Darwin Airport. If you arrive in Darwin on a Sunday, there is NOWHERE to change foreign currency.

So after booking over a week ahead of schedule
I received no formal response other than an automated reply.
After sending multiple text messages I eventually received a sarcastic reply
After correctly indicating the number of passengers, including our own children’s seating and luggage for all
I received a call 20:30 Hrs the night before. the morning we were due leave that the drivers car could not! Accommodate the luggage.
And then an email 22:38 Hrs that same night. that the drivers had now changed.
Apart from the undue stress this all caused I did appreciate that a driver did show up shortly after the appointed time and we did get to the airport on time.
For the return trip I was approached by a man who was not! holding a sign with our family name. He indicated that he was our driver.
After some 5 ½ Hrs flight, rather than pick us up out front of the terminal. he led us on a long walk through the concourse, up & down elevators to where he had parked.
All the above although frustrating and unappreciated, is forgivable.
But when the driver ignored my direction and nearly caused a major accident that very nearly could have killed or injured my whole family line including grand children.
that I find totally and completely unacceptable.
And so after flying across the country twice and driving nearly a thousand km in W.A
If not for the evasive response of the other! drivers we would have all been involved in a serious accident less than a few km away from home.
We will never use your “service” again, and I could not, in good conscious recommend you to anybody I cared for.

As far as airports go ...Darwin is a very relaxed one ..the quarantine inspectors are so friendly ..it was more like a fashion consultation with a friend ..my son and I love sitting in the globe cafe in the big brown leather chairs overlooking the runways.. watching the variety of planes..including Air Force jets!! landing and taking off..although its expensive ,the cafe serves a darned good raspberry and rhubarb cheese cake and strong coffee...

I used this company whilst in Darwin in mid June. They are a cheap way to get from my accommodation at the airport into the CBD and back again. The drivers were excellent, very informative and helpful. Cannot recommend them enough. I booked direct via their phone number.

Pick up from Darwin Airport & transport to our accommodation on 19 June was ok. Driver/Owner (so he said) gave us his card to arrange reverse trip on 26 June. However 5 days later both mobile phone & website no longer connected & "directory information" didn't have the company listed. A visit to 51 Bower Street revealed a vacant block. I think we were fortunate we had only paid cash for the one trip otherwise we'd be like others still chasing a refund.

This service took my money , and later advise that they could not transport me. I am still waiting for the money to be returned. Based on the fact that I had transport I then booked my flight and hotel. Then I established that I could not get transported, and will have to go by train which will almost impossible from Wynnum to the Airport at 0600hrs.
So now I probably will have to cancel my flight time, and a considerable cost to me.
### I have written to them and advised that they are "obtaining money be deception".
In fact they are dopes, and i bet they are not an Australian company. All they do is advise a product that they cannot deliver. They then search around for a sub-contractor who wont to the job. It is a fraud , and I am going to the Queensland Consumer affairs about this scam.

Booked it through the Charles Darwin University International Hotel for an early drop off at the airport for my flight.
They never turned up and when I phoned it turned out I was booked onto the 6 am shuttle bus when their website had allowed me to select 5.25 am pick up.
I'm over 50 and had to run to catch my flight from the car park, not even the airport front door.
Terrible communication.
I only used them as the 'Thank you for staying at the Hotel' text recommended them.

Never use this service!

We have used it three times. Second time they forgot about us and the third time they cancelled our pick up three hours before we were due to leave. It worked out to be the same price as a taxi for two people.

Really disappointing because palmerston could use a good airport transfer service.

We won't be using them again.
