Bob is a lovely, humble man, who loves his country, his culture and his cooking! We were picked up from our hotel, and went wandering in a couple of locations, before arriving at his “bush hideout”, for dinner under the stars. It’s BYO, so be sure to get to the bottle shop, on the way! Bob will give you the opportunity. His talks, knowledge, demeaour, and personal story are all endearing. The “dinner under the stars” is intimacy, friendship, quality and hospitality all rolled-up in a simple - but enthralling - way. Don’t miss the opportunity to meet and mingle with Bob, hear his story, learn about Australia and have a wonderful starlight dinner!

This excursion was most definitely one of our top highlights of our month long trip to the South Pacific. Bob Taylor was very informative and knowledgeable on the cultural and historical background of the local Outback landscape that he lead us through. His passion and love of the Indigenous culture and his respect for the amazing terrain and vegetation made his commentary and personal antidotes a pleasure to hear. We were fortunate enough to see a buck Kangaroo up close in the wild as well as several rock Wallabies during our walks. We got photographs of wildlife and scenery that will provide memories for many years to come. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during the afternoon - evening portion only to be topped by the starlite outdoor gourmet dinner that he personally cooked over an open fire. As he served us the fantastic several course meal, he explained in detail how he prepared the food. He deservedly takes pride in his trade, the result of which was our intimate out of this world outdoor dinner. As indicated we spent a month in the South Pacific and this excursion with Bob was most definitely one of the top highlights on our entire trip. We highly recommend this excursion, it is a must do when in the area. Thanks Bob for the personal touch.

Absolutely 5 star rating. We all enjoyed the trip with Bob from RT Tours Australia so much we will have to get back. It’s an adventure, but safe and reliable. There is quality food, fresh drinks, beautifull scenery, good insights in history. But Bob’s USP is definately his healing energy. Go there, and experience it for yourself so we don’t have to look for the words we will not find to cover this magic trip

Our RT Tours Mbantua Dinner Tour in Alice Springs was an experience we were looking forward to having. A week before our trip starts (March 1), we are told our reservation, that was made and confirmed three months ago, was cancelled by the company because they got a big group wanting that night. So for the financial gain of having a large group booking that night, the individual tourist gets inconsiderately dumped. Bad business practice!

Hi Anteekur I understand your disappointment. I did other you another date. Terribly sorry I needed to cancel you booking . As a sole operator . at times running with 2 people . With many hours, preparing and doing the tour which is no less than 15 hours for me . Does take its toll on my health and well being. Please note I did not take on another group group and cancel your tour. I am sorry you interpreted the canceled booking in this way. Sincerely Bob
