Did this visit as part of Alice Wanderer tour. Fascinating & informative. Having lived in this country for many years I thought I knew a lot about snakes & crocodiles. Rex was great explaining about the animals he has. Although there were no children on...More

For a small reptile centre it has a large collection with descriptions of each reptile displayed on the appropriate enclosure. A very interactive show with up-to-date snake bite safety information. Get close and cuddle a Olive Python and handle a friendly Blue Tongue Lizard. Centre...More

I am usually not a big fan of museum where you read descriptions on the wall that's the reason I picked up this visit. It was worth 17 dollars! We had 2 very good guides. One was showing us snakes and explaining us what to...More

Only small, but heaps to see. All the animals seemed well cared for, in good enclosures and very active. The staff were happy and informative

Really enjoyed the centre. Rex who tells you about the reptiles is very passionate and gives you some very good information about the reptiles. The centre is beautifully displayed.

Many different species of snakes and geckos. Many lizards in all sizes. Even a big salt water crocodile. Overall a great and impressive display. However overall the place is relatively small and the visit expensive.More

Extremely cool to see a crocodile opening its jaw on the distance of a glass window's separation only. Saw many big snakes, and many of them were actually moving and not just lying under a piece of wood as with many of these Reptile Centres.

Four stars for Alice Springs. Presentation with fun opportunities to touch and hold various reptiles, including a large (and unexpectedly heavy) python. Indoors and outside exhibits. The center is a bit worn, but the animals seem engaged and healthy.

Really good place to see and learn about snakes. Also they have thorny devils you can see up close - so cute.
