Friendly staff and easy to get to for information and permits. They told us the Mereenie Loop was terrible and they were correct. Nice souvenirs and in the centre of town.

We called in to the Visitor Centre on our first day in Alice Springs. We were able to get some really excellent free maps of the town and the Macdonell Ranges. They were most helpful and we recommend their services to other travellers.

After searching Hire Cars companies in Alice Springs none offered unlimited kilometres. After phoning the Tourist Information Information Centre I had the hire car booked at a very good price and with unlimited kms. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.
