Great Fun!.

The guys who run this are real characters and funny in a dry, laconic kind of way. We went out with about 5 camels and ten people on a 45 minute walk through the desert. We... read more

The guys who run this are real characters and funny in a dry, laconic kind of way. We went out with about 5 camels and ten people on a 45 minute walk through the desert. We watched the sun go down over the mountains and wandered back. Camels are a weird thing to ride, very different from horses. A lot... More

A fun trail ride with a very friendly and informative guide. Well cared for and well behaved camels. Spectacular scenery and wildlife if you're lucky. A selection of refreshments and snacks is provided after the ride in a spotlessly clean room. The property is very well maintained.

We njoyed the camel ride very much, the camels were well trained! A guided tour would have been even better, so maybe consider adding this. Overall a very fun experience!

Wonderful. Guides/owner friendly, knowledgeable...animals are beautifully cared for. Pace is slow so you really get to enjoy the scenery. Would love to do another, longer trip with them in the future. Great value for the money.

Picked up at our hotel and driven out to the camel farm. We all got saddled up and headed to the MacDonnell Range on our camels as the sun was getting lower in the sky. A serene experience as the camels slowly plod along and make no sound on the ground with their huge padded feet.

First, riding a camel is real fun. Second, the scenery is just stunning. Light and colour are beautiful. A must do in Alice Springs. If you're travelling with children, they'll enjoy spotting kangaroos resting under trees.

Camels and property were well kept. Camels were well behaved and seemed safe. Nice scenery. But the 2 staff there that day were not at all professional. We drove ourselves. When we got there we wondered if we were expected as the guy there didn't really greet us or welcome us. Seemed more interested in having a smoke! We had... More

Had a great time with Pyndan this past September. Signed up for the sunset ride, which was perfect weather on an early spring day. The lighting was beautiful and it was cool enough to be comfortable but not enough to need a jacket. The complimentary hotel pickup/dropoff in town is fantastic. Met a great group of people who were also... More

Camels in Australia! This is a must do experience. Beginning with an up close introduction to these beasts, the long ride through the landscape to watch the sunset was a highlight to our trip to Uluru. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a photographer that follows the trail taking pictures to share. Be sure to take the time... More

Having never ridden a camel, I was quite nervous, particularly given the size of the animals. However, once on the back of GoodBoy, slowly plodding along the track, I was totally enthralled. The peace and quiet, and the gentle rocking, were soothing and relaxing. What a great way to view the bush and relax at the same time! We also... More

It's so great when our camel riders get to see our native animals in their natural habitat while on the back of a camel. I agree, it's so peaceful and relaxing travelling by camel back. Thanks More
