Small museum but well designed, focussing mostly on the history of Australian bank notes and the new polymer notes. I spent almost one hour in here. Museum is free.

Free. Very good quality displays. Finals display with giant touchscreen allowed deep understanding of the new polymer notes.

For a blast around in 30 minutes. The museum was very smart and interesting and was unbelievably quiet. Enjoyed it and would recommend if passing by. Oh its free too!

We popped in here as we are partial to those lesser known or perhaps more obscure museums - and it was mainly me being interested in seeing the old paper banknotes I remember as a kid. And actually - there's a LOT more to see...More

A well laid out exhibition of Australia's currency history, including a history of the people that grace our notes and several designs that didn't make the grade. About 30 mins including viewing the 1965/6 conversion ad. My older friends still remember the tune and words...More
