We had THE BEST TIME!! Jackson (alias, Dave) was a superb guide - incredibly knowledgeable, easy to understand, fun to be with, and basically everything you might want in a tour guide.
We met the group exactly as described, and after introductions and some cool history we started our pub crawl. Each pub had incredible character, fascinating history, and delicious beers! What more could you be want?
The walk was not difficult, and Jackson paced us so no one was overly taxed. There are inclines and stairs, but if you’re comfortably mobile you should be ok.
Overall - it’s a fun, delicious, interesting way to learn Sydney’s crazy history. Well worth your time and money.

Great afternoon spend with Robin on the rocks pub tour, definitely learnt a few new things about the rocks area and how friendly and welcoming the pubs on the tour are.

Our tour guide was Robyn and from the get go she was very friendly. We were a small group of 3, but Robyn was engaging and extremely knowledgeable about the history of Sydney/Australia and further afield and how this impacted the local area. Robyn was also really knowledgeable about which beers to try in each of the pubs we visited. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

Great fun with a small group led by Robin. Robin was very down to earth and knowledgeable about the history of the rocks but not in a boring way.
Slight mishap with the meeting point not saying the Harts pub on the information (like the end point that states a pub name) and only the address of the building across the way. For any future people just go into the pub.
The pubs can get very loud so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is too hard of hearing or triggered by noisy spaces without special earplugs.
Overall good fun.

We have been on many walking tours all over the world and have loved every one! But I must say this one ranks probably number 1! Robin was a fantastic tour guide and filled us in on an incredible amount of history in a fun and entertaining way! Loved the pubs in The Rocks tour, and great beer!!

A great tour around some of the oldest pubs, Tom our guide was great, really knew his stuff and pointed out alot of different things along the way, tried some great beers and ciders. Definately recommend this when you in Sydney

Was great fun and recommend if you want to have a night out with some interesting facts about The Rocks history and go to some bars you might not of if not for the tour.

Robyn our guide was full of knowledge about the history of Australia and the importance & history the Rocks, Sydney played. Robyn took our group to 4 old local pubs & explained the history and birth of each pub. 4 different but very drinkable beers that Robin recommended (names of each beer had a story). If you are coming to Sydney this trip is a great way to see the Rocks, get a light hearted history and enjoyable afternoon.

Pinno was an excellent tour guide. Very knowledgable, easy going and kept the group engaged even when the wheels started to fall off some people. I've grown up in Sydney and visited places I'd never knew existed and learnt a few things that they don't teach in school history. Great day out with friends!

Greetings! How long are the walks between pubs, and what is the total walking distance for the tour?

Hi Austin,
The total distance for The Rocks Pub Tour is about a kilometre (a bit over half a mile).
Ross (above) is right, its about 10/15 minutes between the first 3 pubs, 5 minutes to the last.

Hi Compass, if you're staying at The Marriott Circular Quay, its a 5 minute walk if you walk straight down Underwood St across from your hotel.
All the concierge know us, so they'll point you in the right direction.

Sorry Rebecca, i only just saw this question.
Usually you can book our tours up to 4 hour beforhand online and call us anytime up till the tour start.
The time that you were here, Dec 29 and 30 we had tours at 11:30am, 2:30pm and 6:30pm.
