Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Always enjoy visiting Nurragingy Reserve. Really love the Chinese Garden - makes a fantastic backdrop for wedding photos.
Always disappointed that the cafe is shut when we have been there, even on days when it is advertised as being open.
This year, the drought meant that the water in the lake was very low, which was a shame, especially for the birds.

A lovely place to go for a wander. The Chinese gardens are very nice but very small compared to the ones in Darling Harbour. The little café is excellent for a quick snack or lunch. Well worth a visit and a place one can always have a nice walk.

It’s a lovely park but the gates close at 5pm even in summer! I live reasonably local, so if you want to go for a walk or walk your dog after work, 5pm does not give you time to use the park.
I find it hard to believe an attraction of this size closes so early. Typical Blacktown council service.

Today was the best time to spend a day outside for the wonderful weather we had and decided to visit this place. Not really well keep with a lot of rubbish on the ground and only one little coffee shop open even if was one of the busiest time of the year been a Good Friday. We been asked not to use our drone from one of the maintenance worker, but we sought other people using it and we felt discriminated. If there is a rule in place must be equal for everyone. The toilets were disgusting and also the sitting and eating spots. The place should be differently managed because got a lot of potential. At the moment we will not recommend a visit there.

Lovely to walk around but just not much to see as I expected. But it's really good for a morning walk and all the 🦆 made u feel welcome. Ithink just need a little bit more upkeep. Overall it's quite relaxing.

We were very lucky to go for a picnic there on a sunny day. One can really find fountains and places to take excellent photographs, play cricket etc. Seems to be a popular venue for weddings!
Can be crowded though.

The new garden is so beautiful. Wouldnt expect it driving into the place. Lots of green and a big pond (which could do with some cleaning)
