We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your experience with our guide. We will have you know that this business has been running for ten years with the same guide and we have never had a review such as this one. Here at PJ tours, we use only qualified individuals and one of the qualifications is that they are fluent in English. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations in terms of being comprehensible. In regards to the commentary in Korean, in your tour there were some Korean tourists who did not understand English hence, they requested Korean commentary. Similar to them, if you had requested a tour guide who had English as their first language then we would have provided you with one, however, you did not. We are aware that there is no way of knowing whether or not the tour guide was Korean, but if you considered something such a thing as being fluent in English a “minimum” standard then you should have checked beforehand as you were given direct contact to the company. We are surprised that you did not use an account which you have posted reviews on considering the fact that you have been on numerous guided tours and obviously consider yourself an expert. Due to this review, we are willing to receive feedback from the same tour that you were on and show them to you. So, if you could please send us the details about your tour via email, please include the date of your tour.
