These buggers have really ticked me off
They are quick to answer my queries, as well as take my money once booked, but as soon as I request a refund, its like I dont exist on their books.
Communication/ customer service has been absolutely woeful, and they have LIED about returning my money within "2 business days". It has been well over a week and I dont even know if I will get my money back, as ofcourse, they are yet again not responding to my emails. Nor do they have the capability to return a phone call.
Honestly, their name suits them down to the T. If you want to PANIQ, go through this lousy mob.
I cant express enough how disgusted I am by the so called management of this company.

I apologise if there were a typo with a 2 days refund in our communication!
The payment company we use takes 5-10 business days to process any payment. It is a standard processing time either way for your booking payment and for the refund. Please see link below:

I have just checked all bookings have been refunded till today including yours.
We are all having difficult times so we understand your frustration.
If you are in financial trouble we can transfer the refund to your bank account for request if you send us your bank details as a help!
We would need than to cancel the refund through the payment system.

We built this business with passion and for people to have fun! We have always been doing our best as you can see our reviews.
We kindly ask you to re-think your negative vishes as I don’t think we deserve it!

Poor employee service. The employee is nothing but a heartless, lazy person. We wanted serval clues but he would never give us clues because he doesn’t like us. I sense that he didn’t want us to finish and set us up for failure. He is the employee that looks like he has several kittens and moderates many discords servers.

We had a voucher for ourdeals. We booked a month in advance at the first available spot we could find on a weekend because we couldn't get a booking.And then, the day after it expired (5 days before the experience) they called to tell me (although it was nominated on the booking) that the voucher was now expired and we'd have to pay the amount again. What does it say when they call you AFTER it expires to confirm and try to make you pay again! He was completely prepared to jump at me and tell me that I couldn't use it before I even finished my sentence! He was rude, and arrogant and told me (the client) to stop talking... That creates a panic experience right there!?! Who lets that person near a phone?? I'm not unreasonable, I just believe in good customer service. This guy had an arrogant air of "we don't need your business". With that attitude, he should lock himself in one of his own panic rooms and throw away the key than risk handling another customer...

Feel very lucky we accompanied our wives to this place. Had to leave due to aggressive behaviour from the guy at the front desk towards our ladies. A misunderstand by both parties was the situation. But to be abusive and bullying to females is never acceptable.

Booked the 117 cell for 8 friends, due to a miscommunication on their website, which until this confrontation stated that you could add extra people just by turning up on the day and laying the difference, we were left with a situation where the room was not big enough to fit all 8 of us. This would have been fine and a resolution could have been easily reached with professional and polite customer service however instead the man running the experience that evening was irate, rude and aggressive. Standing over myself and telling me repeatedly I was wrong despite showing him on the website where my information came from, he was nothing but a bully trying then to say that 6 people would go, in our case this would leave 2 of our party to hang around outside and wait. When we made it clear that we would not be taking the booking in that case, he then proceeded to tell us that he had been trying to contact us anyway to confirm, he had sent an email...while we were out to dinner just before our allotted booking time on the night, to confirm and then insisted that my provided mobile number was disconnected so he nearly cancelled our booking anyway. Following us leaving due to his bad behavior he rang me to say that actually he had been able to sort out an alternative, however my group and I had decided that we would not be going back and supporting a business with such outrageous customer services and general obnoxious and bullying behaviour. It is a shame as this was for some friend's birthdays and we had booked and been looking forward to this for weeks, luckily there are others that are close that we will be trying instead.

Our aim is to satisfy every customer who approaches our business!
I was not there that night but saw those vulgar, discriminating and attacking reviews from you and your friends.
I am running PaniQ Room's marketing and social media pages! Your writing as I am “an idiot” and the place is ”rubbish” and “Sydney does not need you” really disappoints me! Wondering about being aggressive!
I am also confused about talking with a woman means that he has problem with “LADIES”?
I did try to contact you earlier with no success as you gave us a wrong phone number when you made your booking (the last digit was wrong as it turns out!). The staff only learned your correct contact number on the night you arrived! I asked my staff to contact you by emailing as well with no success!
We have now changed and made our FAQ even more clear after learning that you did misunderstand to bring more people than the maximum capacity of the room.
It is very important not to let more than 6 players inside the “Supercell 117” by its design and SAFETY measures! There are limited handcuffs, blindfolds, puzzles and AIR inside the two separate prison cells!
I am sorry that I could not be there but I did investigate what exactly happened and I checked the CCTV Cameras as soon as I returned to the shop and it seems to be a normal conversation before you walked away! No sign of aggression! He has never been aggressive before at all especially with customers!
I have been working with him for a while and he keeps bringing good reviews. I was shocked to see your reviews about him especially! As far as I know we did offer you (a few minutes later) to play our larger room after the other group arrived and agreed kindly to swap with your team! We rang you three times and left a voice-message but we got no response!
Apologies again for the inconvenient situation!
Tip for future customers: If you have any doubt or questions regarding to your booking please do not hesitate to contact us by email or telephone! Always triple- check your correct contact details when you make a booking with us for communication purpose to avoid any disappointment!

I've been to a couple of room escapes but this had always been the best and most enjoyable! Austin was a lovely gamemaster for Senses, and immersed us in the experience !

My partner and I headed to the Senses room after work on Friday evening. Keegan took great care of us, and kept up with our struggles through the rooms, he was there just enough to prompt us without giving anything away. While the story line wasn't very strong, the puzzles were great and well thought out. We're looking forward to doing the bunker with 2 people!

We spent a great Sunday playing Abandoned Military bunker & Supercell 117. Have to say the team of Sam & Keegan were fantastic hosts. We played in a team of 3 and with well timed clues we were able to escape both rooms. Absolutely loved Supercell, would recommend this to everybody. Can't wait for more rooms.😀👍

There was only 4 of us but this was ideal as we were able to meet the challenge of finding our way out of the respective rooms with only a few extra clues from the (unsighted) magician and within the given time-frame. One of our friends has been to a few of these activities before and she seemed to think it was up there with the best. I hadn't done it before and was a bit worried my brain would seize up. It was challenging although not impossibly hard. We had quite a few laughs

We took 8 kids (boys & girls) for our son's 13th birthday party and did the bunker experience. We had to have one adult in the room with them and the kids (and parent) had a brilliant time. The staff were fantastic. Unfortunately one of the kids had to leave the room early on due to an allergic response to something unrelated to the venue or the experience (it started prior to our arrival) and the staff handled the situation extremely well and didn't charge for his entry. Definitely recommend for a party experience for older kids looking for something a bit different.
