Our party of 7 comprising 3 generations sought out “Your Sydney Guide” for a day of exploring the Blue Mountains near Sydney. We were sensitive to bushfires in the regions and wanted an experienced guide to show us the way. Our teenagers also wanted up and close encounters with koalas and kangaroos (and so did the adults). Our driver, Charlie, did a great job of meeting everyone’s expectations. We had a great time petting the kangaroos and posing with a koala at Featherdale Wildlife Park. We toured the various Blue Mountain towns and resorts stopping periodically to catch great scenic views or to have a bit to eat. We loved the views of the Three Sisters rock formations - although it was sobering to see smoke from the bushfires billowing in the distance. A tour of the Olympic Park concluded our trip. Charlie was kind enough to park downtown so we could pick up some takeaway for dinner. The day long guided tour complemented our self guided trips to the Sydney sights and beaches wonderfully. Recommend this outfit and Charlie especially without reservation.

We took this day tour with Scott with our overseas guests. What a fantastic experience! Scott was extremely punctual, courteous, and always sensitive to the needs of every member of the group. He planned the day meticulously based on our requirements and organised one of the best lunches we ever had while travelling. Couldn’t recommend him more to anyone looking for a private, up close look at Sydney and surrounds.

Scott picked us up from Sydney and drove us through the Southern Highlands for a wine tasting. It was a fantastic day! It was totally moulded to how we liked it and catered for our needs. Scott took us to some cool places that were right up our alley. The day was great and he made it a fun and easy experience for all involved. Highly recommend !

My family and I decided to take a break from the city and get away to check out the Blue Mountains. We decided to hire Your Sydney Guide because they included a stop at a winery. I was so glad I did. Scott, our guide was absolutely incredible. He was flexible and accommodating. He was attentive to our interests and tailored our tour based on activities we enjoyed.
The highlight of our tour was hiking Empress Falls. This is a moderate hike with steep stairs. The entire hike was pretty much stairs. We didn’t mind it because at every turn was an incredible breathtaking view. This may not be the hike for you if you’re not in good shape. The hike back to the top would not be fun if you’re not somewhat fit.
Scott was delightful! My teenage kids said he was the best tour guide we’ve ever had and we’ve gone to countless tours in different cities and countries. Touring with Scott was more like a local friend showing you around as opposed to a tour guide you just hired. I guarantee you will not regret booking with Scott. I would definitely recommend him for anyone heading to Sydney.

We went on a wine tour in the Southern Highlands for a hens party and it was everything we could've asked for. Scott was an excellent tour guide, tailoring the day to suit our needs and taking us to several beautiful wineries in the area. They take groups up to 20+ guests and will make each and every one of you feel like the day is all about you. Couldn't recommend this tour highly enough.

Our experience last April with Scott's staff was amazing. We hand picked our spots for sightseeing which included our pickup at the airport upon arrival to Sydney. We had a great guide and extremely personal service with stops at Sydney Fish Market, grocery run and stop for lunch at a friend's home in Pyrmont. Even though my husband and I have been to OZ before, we wanted our traveling mates to enjoy this first day experience. We also had stops at Bondi Beach and Sydney Opera House as well. We fit everything in before being dropped off at our house rental for the week. It was very affordable and very memorable. Thank you for your hospitality.

We were among the first to fly across the ditch from NZ to Sydney when the travel bubble opened, and thoroughly enjoyed our day with Scott during our visit. He really knows his stuff, whether it is Sydney’s/Australia’s history, the fauna and flora of the blue mountains or the nicest place to stop for lunch. We saw the blue of the mountains change throughout the day from different lookouts, walked down to a waterfall (and back up;-)), and visited the three sisters. Great encounter with a bunch of cockatoos as well.... Highly recommend the private day trip; even the grumpy teenagers loved it!

Our tour with Charlie M was absolutely fantastic in every way. He is bright, well educated, highly knowledgeable and simply a SUPERB guide. We have traveled extensively to all 7 continents, over 50 years, always by ourselves or with personal tour guides. With this as background, we can say with real authority that Charlie was among the very best, ever! We have kept in contact since our return, and hope to return for another visit to Sydney, with Charlie, of course!

We arranged for a private tour with Scott to visit the Hunter Valley. We (6 of us) wished to sample some wine tasting, soak in the sites as well as to have a glorious lunch within a vineyard. Scott did not disappoint us and gave us far more than we had expected. He also did a detour and took us to Brooklyn, a small quiet town on the way to the Hunter Valley. We had breakfast there and soaked in the environment. That set the tone and pace for our adventure at the Hunter Valley. By the time we finished with the 2 excellent wine tasting experiences, we were ready for lunch. Scott drove us to Bistro Molines and what a great French style lunch we had. The beef and lamb were just great with (lots of) wine. We had an opportunity to chat with the chef himself; the beef and lamb were prepared with much care and effort. The ambience was just great, overlooking the hills and sprawling rows of vineyard. Match that with excellent weather and you are almost in "heaven"! Was it worth the value one may ask? For us, it certainly was and we got far more than we expected. Thanks very much Scott for another great adventure with you. We would certainly go back again and will do so with our trusted partner, Scott.

Scott helped me facilitate an absolutely amazing corporate event for 22 hard to please people.
He formulate the itinerary and kept us on track for the day.
All of the team referred to him as an absolute legend and we had absolutely no issue with the day.
We had a an all day wine tour to the Southern Highlands with multiple pick up and drop off stops.
Nothing was too much bother!
Highly recommended.
