Great day on the harbour for a special family event.
Ucruise communication was absolutely terrific and I felt really cared for not just a number!
Elysium 11 was just ideal for our function and Kieran andCaptain Ian Finch ensured all went very smoothly on the day.
We had small children with our party and I felt we were all very safe out on the water.
The adults had a terrific time and the help with the food I bought for lunch was very much appreciated.
Could not fault the care and attention we had on the lead up too and on the day of our cruise !
Memories are very precious and Ucruise made these memories for my family very special.
Would not cruise with anybody else

We had an afternoon cruise for a few hours for a team event. Just wanted to say thank you for a great cruise. Our boat was right on time, our skipper Martin was awesome with a wonderful attitude. Our alcohol delivery was delayed but he was happy to wait & be flexible. He gave a good safety briefing, explained a great itinerary and even offered to take some group photos. The boat was also great and we had a wonderful team event.

We've been doing Australia Day sailing/boating for many years but the last one, 2019 was outstanding, thanks to Ucruise. From day one the communication was very easy and straight forward. When it came to the actual day of our cruise Ucruise has contacted me a number of times via e-mail and text to ensure we had every detail we needed. Our skipper Guy was friendly and accommodating and took us to the locations we wanted. We felt looked after really well. The vessel Champagne lady was a perfect option for a group of 20 guests. There was loads of space for all of us to hide away from the sun being a catamaran. We loved it so much that we are booking it again for next year. So you should as well! :-)

We live in Sydney close to the harbour. My brother and his wife visited from USA and my sisters joined us. This was the first time we had all been together in 59 years.
U Cruise - Kyle organised a craft for 12 people for a 4 hour cruise. Fantastic service and communication provided. All communication via email was prompt and detailed.
The boat MV Salute and the skipper Mark were great. Mark the owner was informative and extremely friendly making the day fun.
We self catered and would recommend Packed Lunch Alexandria email: orders@packedlunch.com.au. They delivered to the wharf prior to pickup.
All in all a great experience.

Couldn't recommend highly enough. Had a great day out with a group of friends. Was taken to a swimming spot before seeing the opera house and bridge. Will definitely be using Ucruise again!!

Would not recommend booking a cruise with ucruise! The correct pick up time/ location was not communicated to me so we (a party of 35) were waiting at the wrong wharf for over an hour for the boat to arrive. The owner then told me that they had told Ucruise about the incorrect wharf number on the itinerary - this information was not passed on! For the amount you are paying per hour for boat hire, you'd expect to be able to enjoy the boat for the whole time you've paid for it, not waiting at the wrong wharf for over an hour! I then received very poor customer service and communication after the event.

Our sincere apologies for the miscommunication on your change of wharf location. It's extremely rare for this to happen.
Emails do go out 1 week and 1 day before cruise dates, to both customer and boat owner, providing contact details to each other. This is in place in the event of any last minute changes.
After speaking with the boat owner directly, they informed us the delay was around 15 minutes and this time was returned to you at the end of the cruise.
As you can see from almost every other review our service is normally exceptional. We very much regret you did not experience this. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would like to discuss further.

Ucruise took me and my group of 10 out on the harbour for an unforgettable evening tour. The boat is great with music, plenty of room, a table and even bathroom facilities. The crew work tirelessly to make sure you have a great time, and they’re also a lot of fun to hang out with.
