Having first been here over 30 years ago I still find this the nicest bar in Sydney. It is snap frozen in time, beautiful and full of history. Insulates you away from the hectic city. Wonderful place.

We went there on Saturday night ad arrived early around 9 pm. It was quiet but we decided to stay for a drink. Then the band comes and we had so much fun dancing and the beer is a reasonable price for Hilton. Will go...More

Arrived with six friends at 5.00 pm to enjoy a drink or two. Unfortunately they had to serve our spirits and beers in plastic glasses not what I would have expected, in a place like this. Apparently this is the law according to staff, which...More

Able to get local brews on tap, and pretty good cocktails. Whisky selection is fantastic, able to get various makes including Japanese Yamazaki 18,Hibeki, etc. Drawback -price as part of hotel. Good place to have drinks with business associates.

My husband and I visited on a Saturday, and we enjoyed some beautifully made cocktails while surrounded by art and a sophisticated atmosphere with beautiful marble. The drinks were reasonably priced (about $20 for a cocktail) and we also had pizza from their bar menu....More

Very nice atmosphere. Bought a cheese platter to have with some beers for a business meeting and personally think it was a bit overpriced and Ive tasted better but its a real different experience just going here worth a try

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens

Hi guys! I am really confused searching Sydney nightlife as all higher rating nightlife spots are bars and not dance clubs. Can you please suggest some good dance night out place that offers good music and ambience and easy on the pocket too. Thnx in advance 😊

I run a social club for women. There are plenty of places to dance. It all depends on your age? For 40s plus its very limited. Not really many. Or dance music, as in a club. More live music for 40s plus. Bands -live... More
