Don't deliver all they promise

Wine tour: in the brochure they promise 4 wine tastings, they delivered only two. I asked the driver why they had changed this and he said it's always 2 as most people feel they... read more

I joined the day tour to blue mountain today and the seat arrangement is absolutely unreasonable. By the time we made the booking on phone with Great Sights, the staff had never mentioned that we will be allocated the seats by the end rows with back seats on the lower deck! These seats are seriously bumpy, noisy and without reasonable... More

Wine tour: in the brochure they promise 4 wine tastings, they delivered only two. I asked the driver why they had changed this and he said it's always 2 as most people feel they have had enough wine. Then they should say two and don't promise 4. I weighed this against fewer numbers offered by competition and so felt cheated.... More

Although Sydney has heaps of fantastic sights and thing to see and do, one area not to be missed is Cronulla. It is the only beach that can be accessed by train and if coming by car has free parking. The beach is about 5 Klms long and has surf patrolled areas for safe swimming. It has many surf breaks... More

I would not recommend using this company. I was told to meet at a certain time in front of a hotel to be picked up. After arriving 5mins early I waited in the lobby for my bus. There was no sign of the driver after 20 minutes so I called the company and was told that he came and left... More

My friends and I decided to take the tour out to the Blue Mountains and at the same time, head towards the caves. Our tour took us to the Blue Mountains first and we were told that we were on a very tight schedule. We were given only half an hour to see the 3sisters and get our snacks. We... More

Had a fun time traveling to the Blue Mountains with Great Sights. I was most impressed with our driver's knowledge of the area and Australia. I also appreciated that we did a drive-by of Sydney Olympic Village on the way back into the city, as it was an area I'd hoped to see while in the area. The bus was... More

Our tour to the Blue Mountains was on a Monday. We were picked up at our hotel at 7:20AM and taken to the central terminal where we caught the tour coach. We were welcomed on and given our tickets for the ride back to Sydney on the Captain Cook Cruise. The ride was very comfortable in the coach. We stopped... More

We booked a day trip with GS for the blue mountains during our recent Sydney visit, the cost was mid range for the trip, but they came fairly well reccommended. A small bus collected us from the city then dropped us off at the main bus depot from where we took a much larger coach, this was very comfortable indeed,... More

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
