Smaller than other grounds, but comfortable and lively

This isn't the largest stadium, but it's pretty good for the size of it. Now known as Spotless Stadium, it is in the Sydney Olympic Precinct. Being where it is I am not surprised the food and drink prices as a bit steep, but that's stadium prices these days. There is plenty of parking, if you are willing to pay... More

I regularly attend events at Spotless Stadium to attend AFL Matches to watch the mighty GWS GIANTS. the venue is readily accessible and viewer friendly. For mobility impaired it is easily the best in Sydney with the lower stadium levels at ground level to the entry, no ramps or stairs to navigate. There are also a large number of amenities... More

I went to the Spotless Stadium (formerly the Skoda Stadium) in Sydney Olympic Park during the Royal Easter Show last April. The stadium hosts Big Bash League cricket matches as well as AFL games. It is small in comparison to other venues, such as the ANZ Stadium next door, and may like a certain vibe as a result, but still... More

Recently watched a big bash game here(t20 cricket) and discovered that there are 2 exits. 18,000 people exiting through 2 exits is unsafe (and slow) in my opinion Apart from that it is open, easy to get to by car(p6 is the best parking) / train / bus, and has a good selection of food, however be careful of your... Home of the GWS giants located near Homebush Olympic park. Not the best of stadiums and the food prices there are ridiculous

Sydney Showground Stadium (commercial name Spotless Stadium, previously Škoda Stadium) Went to see Big Bash: Thunder V's Stars Train from Sydney Central station straight to Olympic Park station. Was cheap and easy! Then its a 5 minute walk to the ground. Getting in is pretty normal. Line up for the bag search! I try not to take a bag and... More

If you enjoy AFL this stadium (now renamed Spotless Stadium) at Homebush is a must see. Home to the GWS Giants AFL team it doesn't seem to need a huge crowd to generate a really good atmosphere. Great transport links, good vantage points from all seats and the food options are a huge improvement on those at other sportsgrounds I've... More

We stayed in the CBD and travelled out to Olympic Park for the Richmond V Giants game. Track work on the trains this weekend so on and off trains and buses but we were well informed along the way as to what to do and where to go. Fairly east to get to from Central Station. I was amazed at... More

We have been to two AFL games at this venue. It's really great, good atmosphere, and great food all around the ground. Much better that next door at Homebush. This year we went to the Swans vs Giants match, when we had an almighty storm. We watched it come across the ground, then the lightening struck the roof, WOW it... More

Used by the Royal Agricultural Society every Easter, SKODA Stadium has been coverted into an AFL ground, and is used by the GWS Giants for their home games in Sydney. It is probably the best boutique AFL stadium in Australia, with great viewing from every seat, and the best range of food at any venue. The Member's bar is also... More
