This is the perfect flea market to buy trinkets, housewares & souvenirs for tourists like me. The fun in this place is haggling the vendors to lower their prices & get good bargains. Definitely the best place to buy souvenirs!

For bargain hunters, Paddy's market is on the ground floor in the building Market City. It is right in China Town opposite Bank of China. I got bargain hat A$5, sewing kit A$3.95, a jacket for A$12 and a clockwork pocket watch for A$35. Plenty...More

You can find souvenirs, local Aussie fruits, vegetable and produce in this market. Located just across Chinatown , you can easily spend 2 hour here. The place to go for cheap jackets, shirts and pants.

We found lots of australian (both chinese-made and australian made) souvenirs, including boomerangs, for half the price of regular tourist stores. You will not find souvenirs for a better price anywhere else. The 1st floor has a large food court with lots of variety.

Visited the markets on Saturday morning. A lot of stalls are the same, e.g.: wigs, phone covers, jewellery, cloths. But still good for a look. I purchased 3 pairs of summer shoes/thongs. They were only $10 and $15 from a very small stall just near...More

Ice place to visit, only looked in a few places as was expecting a lot more of 'market' shops rather than your usual retailer shops. Spent lots of time in the arcade as there was a range of games to play. Food court looked great...More

Masses of stalls here selling everything you could ever want. It's very eclectic and many places to get food. Stall owners don't hassle, they let you browse. You can get the light railway train from Central down to here.
