A cliff top coastal walk, the Bondi to Coogee walk extends for six km in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. The walk features stunning views, beaches, parks, cliffs, bays and rock pools. The beaches and parks offer a place to rest, swim or a chance to eat at one of the cafes, hotels, restaurants or takeaways. All beaches offer picnic shelters, electric barbecues, play areas, kiosks, toilets and change-rooms. The walk is not difficult, there are medium gradient paths and several staircases with occasional seating. It takes about two hours to complete the Bondi to Coogee Beach section of the walk and another hour and a half if you choose to continue to Maroubra.

There is nothing to say. It's easy, its gorgeous, its just fantastic. Really only walking on the great Wall of China might have been better but different anyway. The Coast is stunning and there are spots where you will be alone with the sea.

There is nothing more relaxing, peaceful and beautiful that the Bondi to Coogee beach coastal walk. Watch the waves slap along the shoreline, the diehard surfers catching the "perfect" wave, locals just doing their thing. Enjoy a coffee at one of the many cafes along...More

I went on a Tues at noon and it was not terribly crowded. It took 1.5 hours walking at a good pace and stopping for pics. Cogee Pavilion at the end had a surprisingly good salad and drink. Far better than most standard beach restaurants.

Beautiful afternoon walk having great views of the coast. Took about 2-3 hours with stop offs at a couple of the towns along the way. Great afternoon out if you go to Bondi/ Coogee beach. Easy to get transport back to Sydney centre from either...More

Coogee was the most beautiful beach over there. My children liked it to. We have brought good memories with us.

One of the best ways to spend a Sunday morning. Fantastic views, fresh clean air, and a great way to people watch. Great way to spend time with someone you love. Highly recommended to the people who don't like to exercise.

It's a beautiful walk, with stunning views - sometimes in winter you can see hump back whales breach

I think there are better walks if you want your boys to scooter. Bondi to Coogee gets very busy at popular times, can get a little narrow, has stairs in quite a few places and is beside some roads for quite a distance at... More

We took the bus from the Circular Quay to Coogee Beach and did the walk in reverse as recommended by some online research I did. The reason given was that it is quite spectacular to come upon Bondi Beach as you round... More

When you are out there I guess you should do the Cogee to Bondi I think as it has less steps to climb.
