Had the most amazing trip today. So special to take a ride like this in such an iconic harbour. Ollie our driver was absolutely superb and if we ever come back to Sydney, we will definitely do this again. Thanks Guys!!

Easy booking process and check in. Safety briefing and life jackets provided. The 30min trip was fantastic. Sightseeing on the harbour with the tunes playing and a fun filled speedboat trip. Loved it!

Firstly, this boat trip is way too expensive. You pay $65 for 30 minutes per person, absolutely ridiculous.
Secondly, it is very noisy and annoying to all residents and other tourists hanging out close to Circular Quay.
Lastly, many people broke their back on these jetboats because there were so irresponsible to go full power on some big waves.

You could just walk along the harbor or...you could strap in for the most awesome jet boat ride evah! I mean do they actually need 'Thrill Ride' after Jet Boat? Kinda like sayin' 'rich millionaire'. The way to go is to purchase the Go Sydney Pass and select this as one of your activities. Look...you're gonna get a mouthful of seawater, but that's half the fun. You can select the 'Helpful' option on this review after your ride. That is, if you survive...muhahaha!

.... it ended up being far more. I just assumed it was a speed boat that would take you around the Harbour to view the sites. I knew something was up when we had to put on large raincoats, take off our shoes, anything loose, bags, etc. Then on the boat I saw the warning signs about the maneuvers. I was a bit panicky at the beginning, but had so much fun. Everyone on the boat was giggling and ooohing and awwing. Be prepared! But SO worth it!

It is a great way to get in between the sights of Sydney harbour. However, as well as seeing the sights, you also have some thrills. :) it is really fast and great how the boats spin and stop. It feels very safe, but you will get very wet! It was a bit cold, but it was sunny, so we warmed up quickly afterward. :)

Loved it : ) awesome views of the harbour, you will get absolutely soaked even if wearing the ponchos but that's the fun of it would definitely go again and recommend to people

One of the best trips, any traveller must take either from Sydney or Darling harbour.....
Sure to have some of the best hydrobatic moves in the water...and get some of the most unique views of the Opera House and the Sydney bridge....
Be prepared to get wet...I recommend wearing a poncho provided by the company staff to keep yourself a little dry....
I also recommend carrying a towe and a spare shirt if you intend to continue elsewhere than your home or hotel after this excursion......

Friendly, professional staff and great fun. The best part (for us) was the $35.00 photo/movie package which delivered 2.5 Gig smart drive with a full video of the ride + numerous (I'm guessing 50 +) hi def stills taken with a "Go-Pro" wide angle lens camera. Really sensational shots of yourself/ves in the foreground - with iconic Opera House and Bridge in the background. Not to be missed and no worries. John & Claire from Tucson AZ

Free advice if you booked and running late please call the asap coz they charge a late fees of $15/person. I don't like the service or the attitude of the staff. NO business for me to them....

Our aim is that every customer have a great time out on Sydney Harbour with us, so sorry to hear about your experience. We do have a rescheduling fee in place for customers who do not check-in on time of $15 per seat. We are often not able to sell the seats of passengers who do not show up on time and so this fee reflects the cost to our business. It is an alternative we have in place to avoid cancelling the ticket all together for late customers.
