Hunter Valley Wine Tasting Tours specialises in small personal wine tours to the Hunter Valley. We operate a daily wine tour from Sydney as well as a daily local wine tour operating from within the Hunter Valley and also regular departures from Newcastle. Why not join us for a fun day touring the wineries of the oldest wine region of Australia? You’ll travel in comfort and style in one of our 14, 17 or 20 seat travelling coaches and enjoy private wine tastings at a great selection of Hunter wineries, large and small, enjoy a lunch at the Matilda Bay Brewhouse Cafe and sample local Binnorie cheeses and taste some chocolates during the day. This tour is a great way to experience the Hunter. The tour will be conducted by one of our team of experienced drivers/guides - all of whom have earned many favourable comments from other Trip Advisor members.

Amazing day, heaps of wine tasting opportunities. loved the visit to a distillery and chocolate shop to break up the day. The team were really flexible and catered to our needs.

Our group of 5 completed an afternoon wine tour. The driver was very accommodating and genuinely friendly. Even though the tour started off late the driver, more than made up for this and went above our expectations for this tour. The tastings were all very good and were definitely worth while. Will recommend to other people.

Our group of 6 did the morning wine tour with Rosemary. She was really friendly and accommodating and made it a fun day for us all. There was a good mix of wineries selected and everything ran very smoothly. Would thoroughly recommend this tour!

We did the morning tour. Our driver David was excellent, informative about the places we where going and the area. The tastings where all great. Recommend to everyone.

Dave was friendly and informative! We did extra stops to try cheese/chocolate and even oils!!! It was an amazing value, well worth the time and both my partner and I enjoyed it! Thank you Dave!!

There was a group of ten of my family and friends, all different age groups staying at the Hunter Valley for my birthday. I chose the half day "Delights" Morning Tour - Wine, Spirits, Cheese on a Saturday 10am morning tour. Rosemary our driver was excellent and picked us up from our resort right on time. The wine tasting and cheese tasting was informative and interesting. All the wines we tasted were very nice. We had so much fun at the Pokolbin distillery trying so many different flavours of gin and vodka. There was plenty of laughter. We even had time to go chocolate tasting. It was a bit rushed as you have to be at the next place at a certain time but we still had enough time to enjoy all the experiences. Everyone had a great time! If your staying at the Hunter Valley and want to go wine tasting, book with this company you will have a nice time!

The selection of wineries visited was poor. Hunter valley is renowned for its semillon and we visited only one cellar door serving semillon. The bus also stunk with bad BO. Wouldn’t use this company again.

The meeting point for the hotels in The Rocks area of Sydney is at the Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel. The Marriott is approximately 5-7 minutes walk from the Shangri-La hotel on Cumberland Street in the Rocks. The Marriott is located at 30 Pitt Street, Sydney. Departure time from the Marriott is 7.20am.
The tour from Sydney is a full day tour, departing by 7.30am and returning in the evening around 6.00-6.30pm. You will visit a mixed selection of up to 4 wineries/cellar doors, quick stops at the local cheese and chocolate shop outlets to try their small complimentary offerings and an optional cafe lunch with a glass of wine.
Is there any tours available on 5 Nov 2017? We have 2 adult and one infant. How much is it ? Do you pick up from sydney hotel?
