Did a road trip with a minivan from Brisbane to Cairns with a small group of people. We went along the coast of Queensland, including day trips to e.g. Whitsundays, Fraser Island, Magnetic Island. Our tour guide Thourp was the best, thanks to him the tour was amazing. He always made sure to solve even the smallest inconveniences.
The tour was maybe a little bit expensive although in the end quite a lot of activies were included. One thing which could be improved is to clearer communicate which meals exactly are included. But also here Thourp made sure we always had delicious meals which satisfied everyone's wants.

Thanks for your review. As it's most likely you'll only visit these destinations once, we focus on quality and fitting in as much as possible into the 9 days without making it seem too rushed. We include highly rated experiences and do not simply include the cheapest possible. As you mention, our guide gave you the more detailed breakdown during the tour which is standard practice rather than throwing too much information at you at one time.

A small group became a team during this 'Chase the sun 9days trip'. A fun and beautiful trip along the East coast, with really good activities : snorkelling, rafting, jungle swing,... and even just around a drink or a good meal. Great thanks to our best tour guide, Thourp. Always there for everyone anytime. He made everything run more smoothly. Full of life, he made our trip unforgettable !
A few points to improve though : the price of the trip was a bit too high despite all the travel and activities, and the number of meals included was unclear. It would be good to send the programme before departure
Anyway, I retain from this trip beautiful meetings and great moments, thank you!

Thanks for the review. Our next departure we'll hand out a meal plan so everyone knows which meals are included where. But we challenge you to do this itinerary in the time frame given for less!

Mark was our guide for this tour.
We spoke to Jas in the office to organise a local pick up from our accommodation in Polkobin which was no trouble at all.
Jas called us with plenty of time to let us know the pick up time was a little bit than scheduled due to the school holiday traffic which was really appreciated.
Mark gave us a great overview of the region and the wineries we were visiting. He was able to provide recommendations on other things to see while we were in the area.
Mark was very clear in the timings at each of the wineries and the tastings were not rushed and we all had plenty of time to ask additional questions of our hosts.
All the other people on the tour had come up from Sydney and Mark made sure that he had good drop off points for each of them before we left our last tasting.
I would highly recommend travelling with Colourful Collective Travel as they genuinely care about your experience

We had a fun time with our guide Thourp. He was always pleasing everyone’s needs! He was great fun and made the trip even better! The activities were super fun. We enjoined the whitesunday, the reef snorkeling, the rafting and much more! We good the full experience. I would ask for all the meals that are included. Our guide figured it out with us, because for that money we wanted all the meals that are included. We good super good food at nice and insider places in the end!

Thanks for the review. We provided more than 50% of the meals which allows you to explore the destinations we visit and discover venues and menus that suit your budget. I think you'll have to do a cruise next time to get all meals included!

What a wonderful day!!! On Thursday I went on the day trip through the Blue Mountains with our excellent guide and enjoyed everything we did!
The guide was just awesome. I never had someone who enjoyed doing this that much. He took his time, showed us as much as possible, informed us about the Mountains and its region. He even gave us a little informative Citytour while driving out of Sydney to the Wildlife Park!
We ended the day with the Lincoln’s Rock lookout which was my personal favourite.
This tour is definitely recommended to everybody who wants to go on a tour with a low amount of people and a tour-guide who shows patience for everybody and happily answers any questions you have about this stunning region!
This was by far the best tour I’ve participated in!

This was a really cool experience, there was plenty of incredible sights which we will never forget. Our guide Peter was amazing and he made sure we all had a really good time and saw plenty despite the very moody weather! I would recommend this tour if you want to experience Blue mountains but you dont have more than a day to do so.

What an incredible experience! We have done a few tours of the Hunter previously, but our tour guide 'Cheeks' made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. He was engaging, friendly, and shared lots of facts of the wineries, and the Hunter Valley.
We visited a number of vineyards, and the distillery, which were all great.
The included lunch was delicious, and a great size food before we headed to more wineries.
Our small group was hilarious, who we made good friends with by the end of the day!
Highly recommend to everyone!

Orange wine tour with the insider treat! The entire experience was planned and executed to perfection! Brett was amazing not only in the lead up, but throughout the day and made the experience very personable. Highly recommend to anyone wishing to get a bespoke experience of Orange

Our tour guide was amazing. Went out of his way for us with little extras like directing us on rocks & dropping us off at the end. The day trip was an awesome experience. This company is onto it with leaving town early so as to miss the rush of visitors to the various sites. Thoroughly recommend this tour & starting early

The tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable, also friendly. He can explains all about the city and give us good tips of where to eat and looks for cool stuff. The guide is good at taking photos as well. I have a wonderful time in Canberra and safely back to Sydney. Thank you. Recommended!!
