Very first encounter with tour guide "I am" impressed me with her dress code most appropriate for fun travel which stimulated dreaming and imagination and urge to see new places and wonders. She did not disappoint later in the trip. She kept that motto until the end. She went out of her way to help a group members to complete walks with steps. Tour guide "I am" accompanied the group for every walk and every step and played with us.
Even travel from place to place in bus is a fun with I am continuously explaining stores about we are passing through or about places we are about to visit. She entertained with singing even.
A place may have natural wonders. That is why we visit them in first place. But to create a memorable experience and a lasting impression is another thing all together. That is where "I am" created a difference.
"I am" is a gifted tour guide with her extensive knowledge about first nation people, places and beliefs. This helped the group to act as one with her inclusive nature and respect for various cultures.
Me and my wife along with my friends and other wondaful group members are lucky to be with "I am" as group guide. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and felt the trip is worth the money for every dollar spent.

From the moment we were met at our Alice Springs accommodation till when we returned to Alice 4 days later, we had a fantastic time. We visited Simpsons Gap, Ellery Creek Big Hole, Ormiston Gorge on the first day. Then it was onto Kings Canyon and the spectacular scenery of the Rim Walk on Day 2. And the amazing Kata-Tjuta, the Uluru Cultural Centre and sunset over Uluru (complete with a glass of bubbly & nibbles) on Day 3. And then sunrise over Uluru and visiting Kantju Gorge before returning to Alice on Day 4. We just kept taking photo after photo and saying "Wow, wow, wow"! Our guide Hannan drove our small group of 14 safely in a minibus 1,859 km over the 4 days. He was knowledgeable, displayed seamless organisation and was professional yet friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him and our group jelled, all having an unforgetable time. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We have recently returned from the ‘Taste of Tasmania’ tour operated by Waratah Adventure Tours but sold by a third party and yes we also travelled on ‘Bargain Betty’ from Bargain Rentals but she was clean and reliable and her appearance was appropriately explained. A 24 seat Toyota Coaster does not have very much leg room but there were numerous stops at which we were able stretch our legs and take in the wonderful sights that Tasmania had to offer.
Our guide and driver Scott personally contacted us on Day 2 (the first full day in Hobart) when introduced himself and warmly welcomed us to Tasmania was great value. He was knowledgeable, humorous, friendly and generally terrific to talk to and ask for help if needed. He was also with us all the way. We would definitely recommend him for whatever tour he does.
The accommodation provided on this tour was 1st class and would recommend them to those who travel independently.

What a great experience!! My husband and I really enjoyed being apart of a small tour organised by Tripadeal . The tour was with Waratah Adventures Tours and Cloe, our guide. Cloe was so organised, charming and very laid back. Her knowledge of the area was great and impressive, I can highly recommend Waratah Adventure Tours and particularly Cloe. We saw so much Simpson's Gap, Ormiston Gorge, King's Canyon, KataTjuta and of course Uluru. Uluru at sunset! Cloe had bought some champagne and a few nibbles, We toasted Uluru and the sunset so special. Cloe's enthusiasm for the places we visited was contagious.

We have just returned from a 5 day Central Australian tour encompassing Alice Springs and Uluru. It was fabulous being in the presence of such awesome places like Simpsons Gap, Ellery creek, Uluru and the Olgas. Jai, our tour guide was a very impressive young lady who was fully prepared, very knowledgeable, full of energy and with a great sense of humour. She made our tour fun and very enjoyable and would recommend her for any tour.

Hi Ron and Nella, Thank you for you kind words about Jai. The places we visit are stunning by themselves but add in a fantastic guide, and the tour is all the better for it. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Leana.

Just finished an 8 day tour around Tassie and had a great time. Iam Rainbow Love was a great tour guide, always making sure you were OK and had everything you needed. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to pivot quickly when things changed due to weather conditions, always making sure everyone had say in alternative outings. She also created an environment where all the travellers formed friendship where we laughed and enjoyed each other’s company. It was a fantastic time.

Just returned from a 5 day tour to the 'red center', booked through Tripadeal. The tour was well-planned and organised and our guide , Campbell, was fantastic. His knowledge of geology, flora and fauna as well as of the history and people was impressive to say the least. He was also able to converse on any topic during our longer drives mixed with laughter, sarcasm, jokes- and his music wasn't bad either.
He navigated any small hiccups professionally and swiftly. He gave recommendations for restaurants and activities, was encouraging, patient and helpful during our 7km walk (read climbs!).
The tour was well-organised and a lot was packed into 5 days, but it was still relaxed and enjoyable. (helped that we were only 4 guests on the tour)
Would highly recommend Waratah Adventure Tours and our guide Campbell.

We did a 5 day Alice Springs to Uluṟu via Kings Canyon ( through TripADeal). It was fantastic- our guide Graeme was the best. He entertained us with lots of dad jokes and puns but the best thing was his sharing of information about the area. I learned a lot, met some great people and overall had the best holiday. THANKS

No matter if you're a local, been to Sydney many times before (like myself) or if you're absolutely new to this town: a tour with Waratah is absolutely recommended. I've been on their Sydneysider Harbour Odyssey 3 times already and learned so many new things and stories about Sydney and its suburbs every time. We were picked up in a small van just 2 minutes walking distance to our hotel. We were 6 people in total and our guide had something interesting to explain around every corner - from flora & fauna, to history of the harbour and the bridge, the Opera's architecture and some gossip about famous people living in the suburbs :P In the afternoon we enjoyed a magical cruise within the harbour with a delicious meal in a quiet bay with fantastic view. Summer or winter, 10/10 would recommend!!

We are so glad you enjoyed your tour around Sydney Harbour! It's such an iconic spot with such a rich history, I'm glad you were able to learn more about it (even if it was gossip!). Thank you for your review - Leana.

Our favourite part of the tour was Cloe our guide. Nothing was too much trouble she was very helpful, knowledgeable and we had options wherever we went. If you didn't want to do the challenging walks Cloe let us know the choices. The scenery in Tasmania was magnificent and weather was changing daily but she was always cheerful and made sure we saw as much as we could. Her choice of music was excellent. If there was one addition which might not be Cloe's responsibility.....it would be good to have a Facebook page to share photos. Everyone had phones so 100's of photos were taken and it would be great to see other photos that were taken.
Cloe was just a delight and made us all very welcome. Her informed commentary was also good to hear. We learnt lots along the way. Thank you Cloe for a wonderful holiday. We would love to get you again as a guide one day. Enjoy your next adventure.

We love Cloe too, Tasmania is so special so it's wonderful that Cloe was the best bit! We can send her everywhere! It would be great to share photos between the guests, you are right, it's not something the guides set up but it could be mentioned during the tour so the guests could arrange them between themselves. Food for thought! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I'll ensure this is passed onto Cloe - Leana.
